Impossible to cancel the subscription of the cc. Somebody help me now.
I tried to cancel my subscription via live chat all morning, but nobody is available. I need a customer service as soon as possible.
I had essentially harassed the @AdobeCare and finally, someone responded and cancelled my subscription for me. It took them about an hour to the answer, but only about 5 minutes to cancel the subscription.

BlackBerry smartphones impossible to cancel the subscription music BBM: error Id: 31600
I tried to cancel my subscription to BBM Music via App World and demand and get an error in these two areas. App World, it comes to declare there is an error and cannot cancel the subscription. In BBM Music, I get the error Id: 31600.
When I submit a support ticket by selecting 'Get support' in the App World, it will not submit saying my PIN is not valid.

I found a way around it. I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it. I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

Impossible to cancel the subscription to Photoshop CC - put Adobe me in red
I subscribed for a monthly subscription to Photoshop CC in August so when I lost my job I tried to cancel the plan. But it came as if I had never seen a plan saying that I had a free plan for creative cloud. THEN I see a charge from Adobe on my PayPal account, so I reported it as not allowed for free and PayPal rejected my request and charged me. I'm $46 + in Canadian dollars in the red in my account Bank for something that I did not have to cancel. I'm broke with no income and sucks customer service here

Impossible to cancel the Export PDF subscription?
I wish to cancel the annual subscription to the PDF Export (number of order ADD000160973UK) and request a full refund within 30 days.
I am prevented from doing this and my Bank advised. A complaint will be filed at the Head Office of Adobe 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, and with the financial regulatory authorities if it is not resolved today.

I am currently paying every month for the Plan of Adobe Photoshop. Recently, I had to downgrade to Windows 10 back to Windows 7 because there was a problem with my wifi. When I went down to Win 7, I lost all my programs and files, including Photoshop. There is now no product showing in my adobe account, therefore, I am unable to give up my project.
Frustrating, I can't find a way to contact support either! If someone here would be kind enough to help me or perhaps point me in the right direction so I can contact the support everything it would be much appreciated. I have very few used the plan from the beginning so it's just money down the drain every month really.

I ve gone through the support and account management page, the only option I get at the end is to post here. At what s * t way provides (not) support the customer, worse still, given the volume of complaints I've seen people with the same issues. I guess that these help inflated the number of messages in the Adobe forums...
Can someone of the staff please cancel my membership?
Because apparently filling the forums of junk messages as this is the only way that some clients have to do what is supposed to be 'easy': cancel their subscription. It seems that Adobe could afford a button to do this automatically with all the money they get from the subscription.

Hi Adobe if you read this,
Deliberate or not, it seems that members like me are never going to be able to cancel a subscription via a less cumbersome way. I went with vigilance following instructions on how to do to cancel a membership Adobe - should I CONTACT (?) you guys to inform him of my decision to do so. Ironically, no other way in addition to writing in a forum was recommended to do so. SERIOUSLY? Is there really no other standard way or a simple click of a button to cancel a membership?
Please process my request here to cancel my subscription . I believe that I don't use a subscription paid in 13 days and could be eligible for a refund. It's really frustrating.
