  I seem to find any help for Flash or Actionscript is a frustrating and labyrinthine process. Very frustrating!

  It is often easier to simply go to the web somewhere - other than Adobe - to get an answer.

  Then, of course, if we are not asking a question, instead of getting a straight answer, I am usually related to some long, long, article that provides comprehensive information and what a response wave. We strive to disable CS6 from the top of the tower. Summer 18 months since I use the CS6 in this mobile. Today, we started CS6, after 18 months and were taken to a page 'connect' to enter email and password to access your room. This has never happened before, everything was good however. Then we see the CS6 main page or window. Then click on 'help', then we see Disable all grey, not able to highlight or a link to something. Old forums indicate contact Adobe. We go to the adobe support window and says no links available for this product, forums only phone contact.  Is there a link to 'chat' to someone at Adobe. Today could have an easy answer, but I think that some rear wheels on the ground in movement are necessary and the thing "trial and error" to do. Changes in Google lately might cause problems here with these XP, I see glitches every week in general performance given that Google made improvements. What to do next?  Jimmy G

  Unlike almost all other Adobe applications, there is no option of deactivate for former Lightroom products - they were not that way so just go and install it on another machine and use the serial number, you have for her.
