    And Yes, you can call local help by pressing the F1 key, but for that you must have Adobe Help Manager(AIR application) is installed.

    Open the Adobe help-> Settings Manager go to the generals-> choose 'Yes' under view Local Help content onlyand is hit.

    Start an application CS6-> press F1 and it should open the PDF instead of the online help.

    I'm having a problem with Apple music on my Android device. More specifically, when I Apple music download my music for the game in offline mode, as he begins to any song I chose in a playlist, it won't finish the song and skip to the next song.     Windows livemail and Windows help to stay in offline mode, even when I click on online. Internet access is very good. Typed email will not be sent when I close livemail, not when I press on send and I can't receive emails at all because it restores offline. Help!

    Open Internet Explorer, and then press Alt + F to open the file menu. If work offline is selected, deselect it. If it is not selected, select it, wait a few moments and then deselect. Now check if Windows Live Mail is still offline. If this is the case, repeat the cycle to select/deselect in IE until WLMail Gets the message.

    What version of Internet Explorer is installed? In Internet Explorer, press Alt - H has to do.

  • How to download current documentation referenced in Momentics help offline?

    I am a complete neophyte in the Momentics IDE (Eclipse never used before), and I don't always have an Internet connection.

    Download all the documentations of NDK referenced in the Momentics IDE Help window or install locally a feasible idea? I can then set help preferences to include remote assistance, but give priority to local help.

    For the moment, the Native SDK-Cascades UI documentation in particular seems a resource online only in Momentics aid application window.

    I searched in the developer forums and didn't find any advice on this subject. I use the level of the API for the 10.2.0.1803 version of the Windows OS.

    As BBSJdev says, native/Cascades documentation is only on the web. Has decided that it would be nice sometimes to be available locally, but classes of waterfalls are constantly evolving with the upgrades of the OS, and even if you stick to a simple SDK, there are a lot of errors and omissions, so all the docs online makes it easier to ensure that you look at the latest and greatest version at any time.

    One thing to be aware of that may not be obvious to developers new to Cascades is that although there are only classes of waterfalls, Cascades is basically just Qt with a few new features thrown in. In fact, a large part of the documentation of Cascades is a copy Word for Word of Nokia Qt documentation for the same classes. You will notice also sometimes links code sample in the documentation for class of waterfalls do nothing when you click on it, and the text of the pop-up window for the link says something on these samples are not irrelevant for the development of Cascades. This is the Qt documentation have been copied word for Word and then irrelevant links have been massed to avoid confusion between the new developers of Cascades. That said, I often find these samples useful for the teaching of the basic concepts of Qt/stunts, so sometimes I get the original Qt documentation of the classes of Cascades and follow the links that BlackBerry has been expunged.

    The reason why I have mentioned originally Qt most of the stunts online documentation is that there may be some downloadable version of Qt (I don't know, I haven't looked) that might be useful in a pinch. Make sure just bring you the correct version of Qt (Cascades is currently using Qt 4.8) while Qt is now in place beyond 5.0 (which is apparently coming to stunts in the future).

  • Help files not available in the offline Help system

    Living in the United Kingdom and have BT (British Telecom) as my ISP, it is not at all unusual for my broadband to be disconnected to 75% of the time.

    Earlier today my broadband was again downwards and therefore when I clicked on the Dreamweaver Help system, no help was available.

    The ability to use the offline Help files has not helped much either.

    I use CS5.5 and I can see the offline help that was available in all the other versions (up to CS4) does not exist.

    Click on help/edit/preferences and it seems that you must download the files yourself, so I had to do.

    First that I logged in - which worked.

    On the general tab, make sure "Display Local Help content only" is not selected.

    In the Preferences menu, click Download Preferences and check the boxes next to the items you want to download.

    Then, go to the Updater settings and click 'Manually update my content stored locally using' t, then click on manage now.

    No downloads are available as shown above.

    Back to the Help menu - a message appears - to access or download help, connect to Internet or deselect the "Display Help content Local only" option in preferences.

    I am connected to the Internet and view Local Help is not checked. Nothing! Earlier, I arrived at this point and closed and restarted Dreamweaver with exactly the same result.

    What is the point of a help offline system that is not available for download.

    I did a search on Google and found a post that is supposed to affect people in Croatia or China or some other land away and was able to download a pdf help file. However, it is not good enough. I don't have to load a pdf file when it is supposed to be a support system built into the product offline. Or at least there should be way to aq of binder in the system.

    A search of the line on the help files revealed nothing help on offline Help files.

    Can someone enlighten me?

    And what I need to download the help files for all programs of 12 or more in the sequel?

    Persistence is paying off. Seems that it is not possible to implement offline files in a program now, but it is possible to program from Adobe.

    Point 9 is optional I think - but I'll see. Currenlty I help offline in most programs and he has to say when there is an update available.

    I have found the answer when checking Acrobat X for help - even in this case, the solution seems a bit obscure.

    Local aid has been downloaded for all Adobe Creativity Suite applications and shows that "Current".

    Under the left hand pane search 'Local' drop-down box is selected.

    Results of the filter is correctly selected "using Adobe Photoshop CS5".

    Looking for something like "brush" returns NOTHING in offline mode. (online mode works well).

    The help document "with the help of Adobe Photoshop CS5" is vissible in offline mode (in the right pane) but simply do not return no results when searched.

    All other documents help offline (for the rest of the Suite of creativity) seems to work OK.

    Am I right in thinking that help and Support is not available in offline mode with Windows 7?  Because one of my problems is a difficulty with an internet connection, I especially need help offline and Support, but it does not work: 'research' find nothing and the pages that appear are not connected to my question.

    Windows 7 help and Support as a built-in feature in all of its editions, you can access it in offline mode by pressing F1 or by clicking Help and about Internet Explorer.

    If you get the search results not related to your question, then you must be connected online to get help with your problem help and Support.

    Alternatively, you can ask a question to Microsoft Answers concerning the problem you are having with your Internet connection in the section Networking, e-mail and put online .

    Alternatively, you can also use Troubleshooter in Windows 7, which you can access in Control Panel of-> items-> troubleshooting Control Panel

  • Need help LOCAL for ALL my apps from master collection CS6

    HELP for CS products went down hill every version from CS4. I just installed CS6 master collection and can't get help to work 90% of applications. It shouldn't be so difficult. I shouldn't lose hours searching so enless this damn user seas to try to get simple help for a product. Adobe is just trying to slide off it is supported of the responsibilities on the public.

    I want FULL LOCAL HELP CONTENT for ALL my CS6 master Collection Apps installed on MY machine. and when I click on 'Help' that is what I want. I don't want to go online to get help.

    Try this solution of two parts:

    Part i: the Adobe installer helps to use offline Help content (if exists) as a source rather than the configured online help

    1. start Adobe if installed Help.exe on your machine with CS6 products. I found that it installed on my machine Win7 to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Help\Adobe Help.exe. It will open the Adobe help Manager preferences.

    2 Select 'Yes' radio button for 'General Settings' > ' display local help only content:

    Part II: Download and set up help offline (PDF) for your product from the adobe.com website.

    1. read the "help offline use in Adobe products | http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/global/offline-help.html KB download PDF for your CS6 or current CC version helps.

    2. After downloading the PDF locally follow the section "using the help within your Adobe PDF product from" put PDF files on your computer so that it works with Adobe products.

  • Online help hearing broken CC

    I am a member of the creative cloud and I'm having a problem with the help of hearing CC. When I select the Adobe Audition help on the Help menu, I get the following error message:

    Unable to display the help on line. Connect to the internet, and then try again. For more information, see http://adobe.com/go/offline_help.

    The thing is, that I'm online I need to log in again, and all my other CC help apps is very well. What gives? Is the help page for hearing down?

    I went to the proposed URL and it provides only PDF versions of help offline.

    I would appreciate your assistance - not to say 'help' - with this if anyone has any suggestions.

    Solved my problem. I had turned off aid online using Adobe app. This thing has confused me for years.

  • CS6 help does not work in Local mode

    I downloaded the demo and installed Mac OS Lion. The request for help does not work; the omly thing that it will display's settings window. After local content downloading and clicking on the fact, the window disappears, but when you click the application icon, it reappears again. In short, I can't display help at all in the aid application, even though I have it set to always use local content. Anyone else run into this?

    Sorry for the inconvenience, you face.

    The path on your local computer would be:

    / Users / [user name] /Library/Preferences/chc.4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1

    If the folder above does not exist, check if you have more than one medium volume? If so, the directory above can be created on the mount where launches 'Manager Adobe help.

    Another reason why 'Adobe help Manager' keeps popping up that is already active sound the system tray. YOY can "Force quit" the application after you set preferences and try an another invocation of help.

    If nothing works, workaround to stop "Adobe help Manager" to launch whenever you launch help, maybe remove the application from your system. Open "/ Applications/Adobe" in the Finder and place 'Adobe help eat' into the trash. Note that this can also mean that you will not be able to download any help offline - and all the help incovations would need internet connectivity.

  • HP Envy 5660: KP want 5660 will not print envelopes

    I just started to try orint envelopes, but my printer HP Envy 5660 of four months will not be printed #10 or other envelopes.   Machine prints letter size and scans OK but no joy with envelopes.  The value wraps #10 and the loaded paper envelopes.  printer starts to take the envelope then freezes with a "thud" sound and displays the following error message:

    Paper size difference «»

    Detected by the printer paper size does not match the selected paper size. »

    I re-downloaded and installed the latest version of the HP 5660 software, still no joy, as above.

    Very frustrating!   Should I have a defective printer?

    I thought about it!  HP will be happy to lnow that the problem was not with the printer HP 5660.  It is with my need to learn how to configure Word 2003 to print envelopes with this printer.  After several visits to help offline in Word 2003 is included on my machine, I have found how non-intuitive to envelopes that run with the 5660.  It evolves your envelope and the graphics setting in tools/Word/letters and direct mail/envelopes and labels/add to the document and then saving them as a Word (.doc) document.  Then, to get the envelope to print, load the envelopes into the printer, then press file/print and then (totally intuitive) configured to print the "current page" or page # 0.  For successive envelopes, you edit the address if necessary in the Word document and then file / print... again.   It seems to work like a charm!

  • Can't disable Windows Search

    Hey, y ' all.

    I ran some research tonight using Windows Search (and the little dog Wizard thing). Got the answers I wanted and Xe by windows. Later, however, when I went to access to the files in My Documents, I double-clicked on the folder you want and, Presto! Appears Windows Search! It appears whenever I try to open a subfolder under My Documents, and I have to use the file > open to open the file (while I used to double-click the file to open it). I also noticed that "search...". "is now at the top of the file list, while"Open"is the second.

    Is it possible to stop the automatic search? I can't find anything in the help offline files, so I came here to find an answer.

  • 1102w: computer says printeroffline

    I 1102w printer that wolrks fine on Win 7 machines.  Drivers installed (both x 86 and 64-bit) on the new laptop Dell with Win 10. Printer is detected by the computer, but shows both in offline or not turned on. Followed first pilot than offerred Win 10. Then to disc HP and installed driver - first to 64-bit but then added 32-bit.

    Checked the HP site and was informed that the driver is up-to-date. When I try to print the test page, download the message that the printer needs attention. Not surprising because he thinks that the printer is offline or not on.

    I'm not an expert with these things and would like to receive words of advice on one resolution--other than staying away from winning 10.
