  AIR is installed with your product, but you will get notifications of updated AIR, at the launch of an AIR application, if it is outdated.

  If really you don't want to use the AIR based help app, so you can change a preference in the app said. This will change the way that Help is called from Ps and launch directly on the web-based help content in your default browser. You can also download the PDF of the help content if you don't have internet connection or you want to print some content.

  To change the target to help launch, first launch the AIR app based via help > Photoshop help... (cmd + /) Then in the menu bar, go with Adobe > preferences (cmd +,). In this dialog box (see screen capture below) go to the Accessibility Mode: section, and then select the option «Open help in browser» Now, close the dialog via the Finish button and exit the application.

  You will have to restart Ps, I'm not sure.

  Hold down the shift Organizer launch wjilst, and then click to create a new catalog, for example My Catalog2

  You must specify all the details of your video card and driver installed.

  The first step I'd take in troubleshooting would be to go to the video card / chip mfgr. Web site, then the plug-in model of your card and your operating system, download and install (read the installation instructions) the latest video driver. Test.

• General help Photoshop Cs5

  This morning, I installed the trial of cs5 in my system.  I can't get it to load anything.

  As soon as I import an image in cs5, I get a windows report that the program has not. and I need windows to check on a fix via 'problems and bugs' or 'stop the program.  I am running on Windows 7 x 64, AMD Athlon II x 2 240 2800 mhz, ram is 4 GB, the system uses a videocard geforce 6150 to invidia.   I have already installed the 12.0.1 patch.

  If you can get in the Edition - Preferences - Performance dialog box, uncheck the OpenGL setting, which may help.  If so, who said that it is very likely that something wrong with the video drivers nVidia.

• [HELP] Photoshop is remove all my EXIF data

  Hey guys!

  I have used Photoshop CC for a few months now, and I just realized something quite recently. I was downloading some of my photos on Flickr, and they seem to have lost all the EXIF data after going through photoshop. Now, let me explain. I will pull my (JPEG) image in Photoshop, leave it as the standard background layer, run through the Camera Raw Filter and then export it to JPEG. However, all my EXIF data seems to be lost - and it's not just Flickr. I tried to view the EXIF data using a number of different programs, but he seems to have completely disappeared - it removes even the date that the photo was captured.

  If anyone has a solution for me - or if I just some stupid mistake - please let me know!

• Please HELP - PHOTOSHOP behaves BADLY (Photoshop bad, bad!)

  Photoshop worked for me very well about a week ago. The only thing I have installed since that was a patch to upgrade for a game called Diablo 3. in any case, now when I try to open it, it almost closed my completely off monitor, almost.   Have you updated the driver from the website of the manufacturer of the GPU? (NOT Microsoft or system builders who have obsolete drivers several years)

• Need help - Photoshop creates each adjustment as a clipping mask layer

  I'm on a MacBook Pro with a Wacom tablet plugged... translation I have create a new tab adjustments adjustment layer in the palette (not on the menu), it is created as a clipping mask.  The problem just started yesterday, and I don't remember doing anything otherwise.  Can someone tell me why this is happening and how to stop it from happening?  Thank you.

  In the drop down adjustments clear Clip to the layer.

  There is also an icon in the bottom right of the settings panel that does the same thing, which is easy to press accidentally.
