  Who sold you the laptop should have deleted the software first or passed through the appropriate process to transfer the license to you. Chances are they used it to get an upgrade, in which case he would not still have to can be transferred.

  Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

  Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
  contacts data with a pencil eraser.

  Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
  manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
  Burn and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
  do it right.

  Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are
  the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

  Check with your Maker system and a device for the two possible firmware updates and
  the correct registry entries for your car.

  as there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific keys involved as well as
  the parameters.

  Perpetual products that use serial numbers are platform specific. You will not be able to use the same serial number on a windows machine.

  To use Photoshop on Windows and Mac, you will need to opt for a creative cloud subscription.

  It seems that you have a 32-bit operating system installed and Premiere Pro is not a 32-bit application. This seems to be a problem in the creative cloud desktop application.

  I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.

  Manually remove the media.db and the caps.db in traffic and the OOBE folder, and then reinstall the program:

  Note that since you're basically wiping all install info in this way, you may have to reinstall other programs Adobe as well.

• Help!  Photoshop CS6 will not open or save files.

  I have not used PS in a few weeks. It worked perfectly for years. Today, I tried to open a file and when I click on OPEN all the I see is a black and grey box that has no content. The only way to get the dialog box is to press ESC.

  PS will go bridge and I can open a file from that.

  However, PS does not SAVE a file. It simply shows a white empty dialog box big.

  I did an uninstall and then install, but the problem persists. My version number of PS is 13.0 x 64
