  I understand your frustration. However, this printer uses same color inks when printing in black only. If run out you of color and kept black printing only, you provoquerez problems with the print head. FYI, here's the guide to your printer , see page 74.   Method 1) restart the print spooler service and delete the print queue

  Start the print spooler service in the Services console

  1. Click Start and run, type services.msc, and then click OK.
  2. Right click on the print spooler service, and then click on stop.
  3. Right click on the print spooler service and then click Start.

  Start the spooler service for printing at the command prompt

  1. Click Start, run, type cmd, and then click OK.
  2. Type the following commands at the command prompt:

     net stop spooler
     net start spooler
     Output

  Note: Press ENTER after each command line.

• Printing in Lightroom 5 problems

  I have problems printing in Lightroom 5 and it's very frustrating! I spent lot of money of ink and paper, but I still have the problem.

  I run MacOS 10.9, Lightroom 5.3 and I print on an Epson R3000.

  The first problem I had was that images were printed on just a small part of the paper and cut images. I've attached a picture showing this. I completely reinstalled my computer and now it seems that this problem has gone (for now at least). But now, the images are printed, but much smaller than the paper, I said. If I said I got something close to the A4 A3 +. Print borderless on 6 * 4 seeks to work as it should, but it's the only one I was able to print so far.

  I tested printing from Photoshop 5.1 and which worked find.

  I'm getting desperate here, please help!

  I just hit the same problem and hoping that you've cracked it now!

  Like you, I'm under Mac OSX 10.9.1 and Lr 5.3.  No problem previously with Lightroom 4, 3 or 2 on OSX versions.  I can print on A4 no problem, but when I try A3 apparently evolve to correct A3 but cultures up to A4 (borderless?) in a corner, similar to your experience.  Ultimately I have to use Photoshop, I guess!

  I forgot to say, I'm on Epson 3800 printer.  I need to make a few prints A2 next week and I wonder if they will be more effective than the A3.  Having to use Photoshop seems a real step backwards.

  PS - I've found a workaround.  Some of my images are in portrait format and, guess what, they work very well to the format A3.  I then tried an image in landscape format but printed by print module, as if it was portrait - worked well.  It's better than having to use Photoshop for printing.

  There is obviously a bug with Lr5 using Mac, but of workaround seems an easy option.

• DeskJet 3632: Envelope printing HP Deskjet 3632 problem

  Recently purchased Deskjet 3632 printer and can't print envelopes with my Hallmark Card Studio 2016.     Whenever I try to print one, I get the error message that the EWS does not approve the size of paper in the printer and the format selected on the computer.  On previous HP printers the envelope A9 size is listed, but when I go to EWS, all what I can choose is sizes small and med-large envelopes.  Please give me a hint on what to try next.  TKS

  Sorry for the delay.  Same result with other programs...  The problem seems to be that the letter formats or displayed envelope for the printer does not display an envelope A9.  Hope that someone could tell me how to do to work "around" this omission of sizes listed for the printer or HP somehow get to change the registered envelope size.  Don't think - guess purchase another print can be the only route to take.  I'll check other brands to see what they can do.  After many years called

  You are welcome.

  Unless you disable the print spooler service, it will restarts when you then start / restart the computer.  In almost all cases, it is a good thing.

  You can find the startup type control:

  Control Panel > display icon > Administrative Tools > Services >

  Services opens > defiler scroll down, find the print spooler > right-click on print spooler click >

  Opens properties > startup type: > select from the menu:

  • Automatic
  • Automatic (delayed start)
  • Manual
  • People with disabilities

  You can, if you wish, change the options in the print spooler > Properties > recovery tab

  One of the most interesting Print Recovery options: restart the computer

  • Restart the computer may be initiated at the first, second, or one point of future failure.

  "Restart the computer" (without the clearing of the PRINTERS folder) can be used to stop and restart the spooler then (at startup).  The restart procedure could allow 'stuck' print jobs to resume printing.

  The option "Restart the computer" could be useful in a situation printing is a main function of the computer and the printer is supposed to work without supervision / outside normal office hours.

  When you configure the "Restart the computer" option, you can enable "actions for stops with errors."  For example, you can send a message to the computers on the network, which indicates the computer will be restarted within a certain time.

  My printer suddenly stopped printing.  It will be printed my scanner but don't print of my Dell Inspiron 8200.  It produces noises like it's printing and it advances the paper in "steps" as it does when it's printing, but the page comes out blank!

  I removed it from the pc by using the CD that came with it, can it, reinstalled twice.  Still does not print.  Keep in mind that it does not print scan!

  The scanner (ScanJet 4200C) gets 'print' instructions by the computer.  I replaced the ink cartridge, which obviously was not needed and downloaded the latest drivers from the hp site.  Nothing has worked.  Seems to be a communication problem between the pc and the printer, and yet he speaks perfectly of the scanner to the computer and then to the printer.

  I bought a Deskjet 4535 all-in-one last week and there was a problem printing word document using the all-in-one remote application via the iphone.   Impressions of thin paper thorigh the laptop wireless, but when you use the remote, the content document appear to have shrunk - while there were four pages originally, now the output is adapted in three pages, with the smallest font size.   I tried to manual pagebreaks on all four sides, but it still shows the same.  Document has been prined in the dropbox, both laptop & iphone folder.

  I understand that you have some problems with printing from the HP all-in-One remote app on your iPhone to your Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535 e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  What is happening, that is when printing from your iPhone or iPad, that the camera takes a picture that is displayed on the screen and print it. If things appear smaller so he has to solve is to change the size of the text to a larger size, and then change the zoom on the camera settings. • Printing Deskjet 3650 problems

  I have problems to my 3650 Deskjet to print correctly.  My drivers are up to date.  My operating system is Windows XP and I get no error message.  I have new cartridges which are dated September 2014 and are subject full set aside.  I cleaned them several times but always lines through colourful pictures as if heads were dirty.  The printer is used almost daily.  I suspect the defective cartridges but can be seen on something else.  This problem did not start immediately when the cartridges were installed and aligned.

  • Manually cleaning print cartridges.

  I suggest that you select one of them that you did not and follow the steps.

  • Troubleshooting and then print quality is poor.

  I used the above printer on Windows 7 OS by downloading the driver for the HP Deskjet 990c printer and it worked well.

  After that I had upgraded to Windows 10, I wasn't able to find the printer printer & devices on the list.

  The icon appears very much (like HP990c), but when I try to print, it is just straight up with an error message.

  The ironic part is that I have a 1220C HPDekjet, who is an older printer, and which has been added successfully as a new printer and prints well.
