Help [problem activation subscription Cloud]

Day 1 April 2016 cloud creative bought the package for the teacher. Since then I try to install and being in agreement with the trial. The payment has already been accepted. My computer is an Imac and Yosemite operating system. Please can someone help me. Don't know how to communicate with Adobe. Thank you
