  • Why did Adobe Muse 2014 returning to the trial version?

    Problem downloading Muse trial version.

    I was able to achieve bringing my application to the foreground once the browser forward towards a new page using JSR 211 and a type mime custom. (BrowserPlugin.java & LoaderApp.java JDE samples)

    I use Creative cloud on a computer belonging to University, through contract Adobe Campus.

  • After the update to CC 2015 I'm suddenly return to the trial versions?

    The steps you suggested in your link have already been taken after a previous update leading to the same problem. Delete the host file then helped. On this second case, the host file was already empty, so I had to look no further. This time, a chat session (see below) with the Adobe support solved the problem...

    • Sign out of the creative cloud and then close all Adobe applications.
    • Go into the spotlight on the upper-right of the desktop and type Activity Monitor here to, find and open the activity monitor, put an end to the entire process of Adobe, including the "Creative cloud', 'Coresync', 'AAMUpdates', 'Broker IPC", 'Adobe CEF Helper', "Adobe crash deamon" if it.
    • To complete the process, just select the process one by one and then click on the cross mark on the top left of the window of the activity monitor, and then select Quit or Force quit.
    • Open the Finder.
    • Type ~/library y and press ENTER. Make sure to include the "~" sign.
    • Go to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and trash the file opm.db.
    • Now, launch the creative Cloud desktop application and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
    • Go to Applications and open the folder Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Start it from there.

    I have two questions about the trial of SRM. First question is do I have any key in the trial of VMware?     First of all, all VMware products are fully functional within the period of 60 days - no special license eval key is required or necessary. Of course, after that, you're on a sticky wicket!

    Second, the binaries on the eval site are those a little older. If you are a customer and client account valid I would try to download the binaries here as you normally would. If not, you're stuck with the 4.0.0 build instead. The new version fixes a few problems, but nothing major. For example, it fixed my problems of timeout with iSCSI.   • Higher Ed purchase of CS6 returned to the trial version; Serial number "invalid."

    My college offer faculty the opportunity to purchase the software Creative Suite 6 to use at home. I paid the fees (at my college) and my IT Department 'allowed me' Journey Ed, who put me upward with a download password link and an activation code for the software. It was almost a year (Oct 2014). All right.

    I had problems with CC on two different machines, running OSX Lion and Mountain Lion

    When opening any program CC he requests the license.

    Same issue on both machines. I completely uninstalled CC on both, run the CC cleaner http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and reinstalled. Same question.

    Any help would be appreciated seriously. I spotted a few similar things in the forums with really poor support - some go back to the past few months?

  • CC of Photoshop keeps returning to the trial version of Photoshop CC

    Since the recent update, whenever I start Photoshop CC I tells me that I need the license of the software.  (I paid for an annual subscription in September 2014).  When I click on the link for the software asks me to log on the license (even if I am shown as already connected the > Help menu).  Then the licenses of the software, and all is well... until the next time I start Photoshop CC when it repeats.  It's a nuisance.  Any ideas on how I can stop what is happening?

    I've missed a critical deadline customer today and have found no useful solution to this! My account is up to date. When I connect, the process begins again. It's ridiculous, Adobe!

    Contacted support via chat. Tech took my laptop remotely. It turned out that the license files have been corrupted. Renamed the OOBE to 'OOBEold' folder, did the same with the SL folder. CC from Adobe restarted and all was fine. This sometimes happens when any new creative cloud desktop application.
