The simplest is to click with the right button on the element (I think you said a toolbar at the top of the screen) which covers the button send, select 'Inspect element' or press 'Q', then click on the arrow down next to the element name and choosing 'Remove the node', then the toolbar disappeared , and you may see the submit now button.

  The Send button is in the entry window. And it's a toolbar that may have been hidden.

  I resisted the bitter end upgrade to version 6.18 because I totally HATE this version! I would have given my eye teeth have stayed with version 5.0.   If your Skype account is associated with the Microsoft account and you have Outlook 2010 or later, then Skype automatically integrates with Outlook.

  You have a Menu bar with file-Edit-View etc? If this is not the case, press the alt key to bring up.

  The Menu bar select View-Toolbars and relight toolbars missing.

  Sending is on the Composition toolbar.

  To start, you must include more details. What are the symptoms? Is there an error message? The user is redirected to a thank you page? It is also useful if you provide the url of the form and include the php script.

  You have very little control over the buttons that are shipped from the slides in Question.  This means that you will have to cheat on Captivate. I don't know how you play the audio? It is with audio command on the entry of the slide set? Or are you using a sound object?

  You can change the formatting of the submit button (which makes it invisible to the user), but it will always be there with its interactivity and point of suspension. And according to a response to my first question, you could create an image of a visible shipment and have that appear after the end of audio.   If they are hanging in the shipping process, you might be able to stop in the activity window. However, if they have already been sent, there is no stopping an e-mail.
