  Photoshop CC 2015 is not compatible on Mac OS 10.7.5, however if you only use the version of Photoshop CC, then you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop back to default values.

  "To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  I tried the following:

  1 start with the R command and using disk utility that did say he had problems but then appear all ok after completing.

  2 tried the Verbose mode and did not work

  3. I tried command mode S did not.

  4. tried to zap the pram was not working.

  5 a couple other things that I had read, but nothing helped.

  It starts up and the line begins to show the computer made his 'thing', but gets stuck about 3/4 quarters of and goes no further. Would appreciate any suggestions.

  PS: also tried boot from the original disks as well, but no luck.

  Have you tried formatting the HD?

  I just upgraded my macbook OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5 Version and since I did my Adobe is crazy.
  In my Photoshop CS5, I can only save files as a PNG or PSD file. When I try to save another file, I get a pop up that says:
  "Could not complete your request because of a program error."
  I contacted Adobe met with Rohit and he said that they are not formed din CS5 and I have to use Adobe's Forum.
  I tried everything that was suggested and nothing has worked.
  In the errorlog Photoshop there is only this:
  "2016:03:01 01:33:23: Volumes/workarea/PS_12_Mac_Daily_Retail/20100407.r.1103/photoshop/main/photoshop/xcode/..." "/sources/PDFUtilities.cpp: 4082: REQUEST failed"

  I don't know what all this means.

• For acrobat was interruption of 11 system configuration was not completed.  Now can't delete or re-install again.  Can you help me in this problem?

  During the installation of Acrobat 11, interruption occurred and the system configuration was not completed.

  Now the program does not start.  Removal of the program is not allowed on top of the reason.  Re-Setup is not allowed for the reason that the system has already produced installed.

• Could not complete your request... Help

  I get an error could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document on a particular file. I got this file to yousendit.com, this is a great photo file, 75megs, and I think that came from a mac... it has no extension. I tried to add an extension, thought tif was likely. With a post of tif I can open the file in Bridge CS4, but it does not open in PS CS4 or CameraRaw.

  I opened the file in a binary text reader and header information, it mentions Accusoft Inc. and a bunch of other things (unknown to me) and a large number of specs tiff.

  I have this image of a book, I do but am unable to resize it, change to cymk etc.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  You might be lucky if you download, install and then run the file through the free utility, G-Spot. Although that generally used for AV files, it will read the header information of many fixed formats. If it IS something as TIFF, but the PS don't touch not, then try a program like IrfanView (also free) and see if it will open it. If so, do a Save_As from there, and try again PS. The PS is very sensitive for the properly trained header data.

  ThumbsPlus (non-free) is also very good at the opening of poorly written image files.

  Since I had this laptop after started all programs at startup and I start to use the computer, a message appears telling is "the application could not complete an operation.

  The application seems to be "Centerstage".

  I can not even find this program anywhere on the hard drive to remove it.

• Installation of device HP Solution Center is not complete

  I have a PhotoSmart C7280 all-in-one printer works as a printer in Ethernet network.  My PC is a HP Pavilion Slimline s5280t running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.  I had the printer for longer that I had the Pavilion.  I use HP Solution Center at least once a month to copy documents in PDF format for a job that I have.  Yesterday, I tried to use it and got the error "device is not complete.  Uninstall and reinstall HP Solution Center did not work.  I did some research on the forums and found the discussion of «records starting with 7Z.»

  I ran the Uninstall_L3.bat last night. He uninstalled everything.  I then downloaded the drivers on the HP site, once again. When I ran the installation, it failed because "a file is missing.  He has not said what file.  He created a 'solution' for me, basically going through all the steps to make sure that the printer and the router are working (they are) and the printer was on the network (IE).  I then downloaded the drivers AGAIN and again ONCE had a "missing file" error on installation.  And my printer has been uninstalled.  And I have a NEW suggestion from HP that I should reinstall after turning off all my startup tasks and reboot.

  If the driver package for the C7280 is defective and right now I'd bet money that it's telling me to turn off my startup list, which has not changed in the month, will not help.  Because my printer is no longer under warranty (hey, my PC is out of warranty), I don't expect any help from HP.  I hope that some other users will be able to offer something that will work. I'm about to go back on the CD supplied with the printer and install from that.  Help?

  Sorry, you had a difficult time getting the solution center to work.  You have certainly done all the basic steps and advanced to make this work.  I always keep a forum post stored on my computer that supports troubleshooting the solution at a different level of the Art Center.

  I recommend reading this post to review the comments and see how to play the stages and how some problems are exposed.  Certainly, it treats missing files that you referenced.

  I usually just scan using paint or Windows Fax and Scan as soon as I can print as it is just a little more easy to work in the registry of a HP computer.  So please be careful if you choose to go in the registry.

  First thing first, I recommend you to create a different user account in the control panel with the admin rights, then by running the installation disk in the second user account before you attempt anything in the post on the forum above.  This will eliminate any conflict from previous attempts on the main user account.

  I really hope it works for you!  Let me know error messages that you get when installing with the disc.

When you try to open the solution Center I get the error message: "Solution Center cannot work because your installation of the device is not complete."  Argh, again! I uninstalled it, reinstalled, restarted print spooling, update adobe flash, has run windows updates, changed the "HP CUE Device Discovery" start-up, disabled virus protection, tried to connect by USB instead of wireless, etc...   I finally got it! I have decided, once more, uninstall and reinstall. I eventually several files that began with 7z... I found one who had a "Util" folder it contains and a "CCC file" in this context, so I was able to continue with instructions of a related post, HP employee "pcwizard":

  If the software has been downloaded and extracted to your system:

  1. type % temp % in the field of race

  2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe

  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  9 download drivers and full software features
