  If I were you, I call HP and tell them that you do not want this computer with Win10.  They are very likely still sells machines with Win7 for businesses, because most companies do not affect the Win10 with a 10 foot barge pole.

  Dell is selling them for sure.  I've been helping my clients by computers Dell Win7 for a very long time now and just had one on my desk a week ago.  Look at the range of Dell Vostro of computers.

  The trick is to approach Dell as a businessman, and not as a normal consumer.

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  Instruction was also found on the HP Web site: "Locate & install the .msi file is missing file in the Temp of your computer folder", but there is no msi file in the Temp folder (download goes to the downloads folder).

  Please response ASAP - I cannot USE MY PHOTOSMART2575 MORE scanning DOCUMENTS and have lost DAYS on this - making circles in the round...

  Sorry to say your advice has not solved my problem - but received a phone call the week last of Henry of HP at Gateshead (n. of England) support.

  After 4 hours or more (he missed his lunch...!) firmly on the phone and computer being "picked up" remote, it has removed HP all THE files on my computer (HP Mini) and then reloaded OLD original software for 2575 with updates,... Finally got all-in-one scan with the HP Mini success - so big thanks to Henry at Gateshead for his help there... :-)

• I am trying to install a printer/scanner HP F4400 on Vista Home Premium 32 bit and may not have to install.

  HP has me turn off the firewall, hide windows programs, uninstall HP System.  I also cleaned the registry, disk and defrag, I also downloaded the hotfix from Microsoft and it is impossible to identify the problem or difficulty there.  At one point I could get to download the software before I would get error messages or #33472310 and 25672887.ZIP.  Now I can't get that far, I get to the point where he say he prepares the system for installation when it stops with the message "the system cannot ind specified path.   I suggest you try the following steps:

  Step 1: use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility for delete all entries that are associated with the product that you have trouble to install (printing software):

  Download and then install the Microsoft Windows Cleanup utility. To do this, see the Microsoft Web site:

  In the list of the products installed , delete all entries that are related to the product you have installed wrong. If there are too many entries, click select all, and then click Remove. When you have deleted all entries, click exit, and then start the installation of the product
