  I consider myself the best entry level when it comes to the Cisco ASA 5505, and I appreciate help or direction that someone would be able to provide regarding this question, I'll have. I'm sure there is something out there for this, but I was still not able to understand this with what I found.

  We currently have our installation of infrastructure like this: modem(69.14.72.6/255.255.255.248)-> ASA (192.168.1.1)-> Switch-> hosts and Servers(192.168.0.X\24).

  What I'm trying to do is to drop in a small router somewhere within this network with its own subnet and be able to communicate back him 192.168.0.X network, so it will look something like this: modem-> ASA-> Switch-> hosts and Servers(192.168.0.X\24) & hosts and Servers(192.168.1.X\24).

  I will allow this traffic if all goes well, then that only have 2 interfaces configured on the SAA (0/0 and 0/1-0/5 inside) outside and without changing the configuration of the switch. A few key phrases that come to mind from my research so far are "Hair pin" and "permit same-security-traffic intra-interface". Also, I am aware of the port-forwarding and as I understand it would not as convenient to configure a rule for each device connected to the 192.168.1.X\24 network.

  I hope someone can help me with this question, I've been at this for 3 weeks now.

  For the route between the 2 networks, that you will need to either use a layer 3 switch or a "router on a stick".

  Installation of a layer 3 switch would interrupt less to your existing network.

  You are then ASA "inside" interface--> Layer 3 Distribution Switch--> 2 or more switches to access

  I am a beginner IOS and I recently bought a 2514 on EBAY. I want to deploy it on my home network based on Windows. Want to simply route between 2 network segments, but don't know how. Can someone help me with the configuration? I don't think it's important, but the router will sit behind a router DSL for the Internet. Must be able to access the Internet from each segment.

  If you like this config your interfaces and add a default route to your DSL router ip. Then you can connect to the internet both of your networks.

  And Yes, the router routes between default interfaces.

  Maybe I think bad about it but shouldn't I just be able to:

  • Download all the patches of 'security '.

  • Place them in a deposit of http

  • Question them via a host ESX 3.5 Update 1

  • They have to be smart enough to install all the patches 'missing '?

  My experience so far has been:

  • Downloaded all the patches Security 3.5

  • Places in a deposit of http

  • Was able to interview a host ESX 3.5 U1 successfully via ' esxupdate d http://name/esxupdate b ' * SG "scan (and - update of test)

  Test update informed me needed me patches to dependence (which were actually classified as a "Général") so I d/l would be added those filing http and re-run - test update.

  I learned later that things could not progress because of the patches already installed, being and obsolete patches being present (according to the updated .pdf esxupdate is supposed to be smart enough to ignore these then the patch, right?)

  I removed the patches already installed / obsolete warehouse of http (ran - update test and all seemed well) then actually attempted to update for real.

  Now all I get is:

  # esxupdate d http://name/esxupdate b ' * SG "-test update

  INFO: configuration...

  ERROR: Bundle ESX350-200802304-SG is already installed. Esxupdate to do nothing.

  Why is it not "smart enough" esxupdate exceed this vs returning to the shell?

  The more time I spend with this lower my IQ becomes unfortunately.

• Help with button over the button (OnHover questions)

  I have a sat button A button B.  B button navigates to another point on timeline onmouseOut. A re acts as the B button onhover when hung on even though its only function is to go to a Web site when you click the button.  How to not to do so.  (it has something to do with the key a session over the B button that acts as a navigation panel.

  To illustrate, I have a circle (a ring) nagiavtion menu which is hover button B animtes, which actually look like the commuter ring to the Viewer.  When they mouse over button B he then times the next section of the scenario that seems to do the menu tilt back to normal.  So currently it is supposed to work like this:

  They hover over button B that comes alive to sign 10.  On board 10 the tilted wheel now has buttons of towing.  one to read a video and the other to go to the site for the link they flew over.

  When a person is placed on one of the buttons the tilting animation replays and retitls the wheels before the link becomes active to click which makes navigation uptight or bugged.  IWant the animation to play the 10 Panel and stay here, then they choose a button to click and only tilt back to normal when the user mouseout/mouseouthandler() the big underlying under button.

  I'm hunting accident that I receive in my project. The attached crashdump, she implies that QT is involved. The accident occurred shortly after the opening of the project; usually when previewing. It seems to be the linked file as it happens if I move the project to another machine and play on a CD. I have opens a new Director file and copied all the assets inside, but before that I had added all the behaviors for sprites the accident occurred. [Some trickier bits of code have been written to me by Dean Utian, so I would ask leave of Dean to comment on those before you post here.]
  My question is has anyone else seen this type of accident and if a solution was here? Creation of the machine is Mac G4. Version of QT is 7.5.0.

  OK, answered my own question. I thought that I had rebuilt all the Director files correctly, but it seems I messed a. Replaced that one and did not have additional problems.

  Hello, my cousin today asked me for help with his business. He wants a website and a mobile application for his company. Now here's the thing. I know how to create a very simple Web site. This isn't a problem. but he wants people to be able to assess the services he wants to be able to report on the Web site so they can comment, send messages, the whole nine yards. He also wants people to be able to pay via the website using norton scan security. Now, I have no idea how to do that. And did I mention that he wants an app? So I do not expect an answer, step by step the "end to end" on the creation of a Web site. To start with. Is this kind of thing, possible using programs compared to the creative clouds? Is it possible to create an app? What happened to create a way for people to pay via the website? I just want to help in being directed to the right direction in this learning experience. Then, where I start, this kind of thing is still possible? where should I go? where can I learn? ect. Any help and advice is highly appreciated and welcomed. So please if you have something to say. I'm listening.

  The first thing I would ask that your cousin is timeline... He asks a little... it is a great project that could have involved more than one person, especially if he wants a custom application.

  Cost would also be an important factor in accepting this type of work, how do you charge him if you don't know even how to do most of these things... As you say, you don't have any idea how to make the most of this work, and I think there's a big learning curve with some of the things he asks.

  But if he has the time and money and you have the time and practice to learn, there are cloud programs to create out there who can do whatever he wants.

• Help with WRT54GS on FiOS (ethernet, no coaxial cable)

  Hey guys, I'm new here and just try to get help with this insoluble problem that I started having with my Linksys WRT54GS and Verizon FiOS last week.

  To simplify my story complete and real question here, I put it all points to try to make it simpler to understand:

  -In the fall of 2007, I switch from Comcast to Verizon FiOS after getting screwed on waiting for two weeks and never get a new router, that one was fried in a storm

  -Little brother spills the first Actiontec router and it breaks

  Actiontec wireless - replacement of the router is non-existent (MI42WR)

  -After trying fill the Linksys for the Actiontec, it turns out to be a pain much more than a real solution to the lack of wireless

  -Past of the coaxial cable to the full ethernet cat5 last year to use Linksys WRT54GS
  -Fortunately directly connected to ONTARIO to Linksys WRT54GS via ethernet cat5 for a year while the wireless is perfect for other computers

  (last week)

  -Off router Linksys for a night the week last to give him a night's rest
  N ' unable to connect to Verizon with WRT54GS old or new router WRT54GL (which I'm now back)

  -HAVE ethernet light outside still has a green light indicating that it is working
  -Do not fill the Actiontec and Linksys again
  -I don't want to go back to the use of the Actiontec for what anyone, but stuck with it for now
  -A reset the router, computer connection and DHCP has published many times, but nothing helps

  -A updated my WRT54GS firmware before you type this and still nothing

  -No connection to any Linksys router, but the works of Actiontec

  I can't think of a solution except maybe try one of another company, as D-Link... (sad face) I'm already back the new router Monday, since I don't believe that my WRT54GS is broken even if it is not connected. If I don't think that maybe Verizon has done something that is not allowing one of my Linksys routers to connect, because fortunately, they started to charge me an extra $10-12 on FiOS bill without notice. Although at this stage, I have a hard time believing that even switch to another router company and use their products will do everything for me...

  Right now, I am suffering with this router Verizon terrible stock and my parents and aunt are complained about these last two weeks. I hope that someone here knows what may be the real problem that can sound with little assistance.

  Ah, found the solution work for a guy who had exactly the same problem as me, but with a D-Link router.

  "The best solution is to go to the ethernet connections and click Cancel, the green light on the actiontec to go yellow, unplug it in this State." Disconnect the battery power and the BBU. Put the new router in place, reconnect battery and BBU, then taken power for the new router.

  Just releasing and switching router should work but if it is not these steps work. »

• I need help with overclocking

  I want to turn my system performance down to test something, you see a game was crashing constantly, and their tech support says I'm serger my CPU and RAM, I went into the bios and set default by pressing f10 or whatever key is in the corner it says to change the default settings the computer resets, then stop reset once again but nothing has changed, I want to lower my CPU and RAM speed to see if this helps out there but when I Googled it I can find are sites that tell you how to increase your speed. support for the game wouldn't tell me how to do this, they said to ask you how to change the settings to their normal values

• Need help with screen Blus of death (BSOD) on my computer toshiba laptop

  Hello all, Ive had a little last week, or problems with my laptop. While playing a game (minecraft), I would randomly have a BSOD error and my laptop will re-start. Initially, I gave it no thought, but when it happened again, I decided to try to do a little research, but I'm not terrible with technology and other then I'm neither the case with my own research.

  If someone could point me in the direction of a few possible ways to get this problem.

  I got a program to read some sort of file "dump" made when occurs a BSOD, I publish what this program here says? the program is BlueScreenView, if yes, what I have post the spectator thing? There are has 2 main screens on it, SDO as Sho different dump files (which is on the top) and on the bottom, it lists the names of different files for each dump file I think that some of them highlighted.

  im not this product with tech so I don't know much but I need to post anything on my laptop or any information of the dumpfile and would have this info help in any way to determine the problem? just tell me what I have to post and ill get the information displayed in a response, thank you.

  PS: I don't think that playing minecraft is the cause of the BSOD and crashing, but I only get it when playing minecraft, so I don't know if minecraft is causing accidents and others. I watch videos and this all the time and I never have an accident. I'll try and play a different game and see if this causes my laptop down and the cause is perhaps high usuage to my laptop, as I've said games require a lot of power of a laptop/computer, if they are not the 'best' laptop for games. but yh, if someone thinks they can help me and need some information please tell me so I can get it for you. If you guys think it would be best to get a professional to look just mylaptop say, however im save as a last resort.
