helps the mailx command

I don't know which forum to post this in, but since I am writing a script as part of an aspect of my database I don't know people in this forum will be able to help.

I wrote a script and using the mailx command to send a message to 2 groups of recipients. I put each group of addresses of recipients in a variable, but I'm not sure what the syntax should be either to test the command from the command line before putting it in the script, or even in the script.

On the command line, I put:
mailx-s "test test" $1, $2 < errorlog.txt
When I do that, I get no response, it crashes.

So I try to put in the script

....
mailx-s "test test" $1, $2 < errorlog.txt
...

It works well with just the single variable, but the correct syntax for several variables? That is to say * $1, $2 *.

How to watch the script? $1 and $2 are variable positional, those in the argument you offer?

Declare the vairable like this:

[email protected]

mailx -s "test" ${EMAIL1},${EMAIL2}

    A few days ago, I opened the terminal on my MBP and tried the help command. Here, I tried ls help. I was expecting to get help for the command ls, but I got this instead:

    LS: help: no such file or directory

    I know that ls , it was just try random commands on my terminal. However, after some searching on Google I realized that some people had similar problems with some commands doesn't work is not on the terminal. And most of the problems appear to be related to the shell initialization files.

    How can I fix this?

    Orders randomly won't work. You must enter commands that make sense. "ls help" is a command to list a file named 'help' in the current directory. Since there is no file, all you get is an error message. If you want to learn how to use the shell, I suggest you only begin by reading a book or a tutorial online. I don't have a specific recommendation.

    I hope someone can help me.  In recent months I have experienced a problem with my iPod Touch [128 GB] which I have not had in the past.

    I plug my headphones to listen to music when I'm about to go for a walk.  However, soon after my iPod in my pocket, the voice command is activated (see image).  I have the firm down, but I still have problems.  The music I listen to speed upward (as it is sent) or he's going to jump until then randomly in the track or other tracks.  The voice command is activated again at irregular intervals.

    To be honest I m not an expert in the increase in performance of the SSD, but according to the Wikipedia article, TRIM has been implemented in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and came out with the final versions of these operating systems in October 2009.
    It seems former SSD drives have firmware updates, otherwise the new command will be ignored.

    According to Wikipedia, there are utilities that can send TRIM commands manually.
    These utilities are available from various manufacturers such as Intel or G.Skill.

  • IIS 7.5, the NETBIOS command limit has been reached

    We use IIS services and media to stream videos. It comes to our dedicated streaming server. On rush hour, an error showed by saying 'the NETBIOS command limit has been reached.

    More info on platform:

    • IIS version is 7.5
