  How can I use two accounts different iCloud with Photos of Yosemite OSX? For example... My wife and I have iPhones with iCloud different accounts and share a MacBook Pro, which use us her iCloud account.   I don't think there is a way to link the two accounts iCloud in photos.app library.

  However, my partner and I are in the same situation as you and your spouse: two phones, a MacBook Pro (MBP) and the need to share the photos with others and to optimize the space of our digital camera shots.

  In short, we use the following:

  -Two Photos.app libraries; one on each user profile

  -Two photos of iCloud albums; one for each phone (each of download us the best of our photos of the iPhone) shared with the other

  -A system of photo files referenced on an external hard drive for our digital camera

  -An album to iCloud for digital camera (again, for the best DSLR shots) shared with each other

  With this configuration, we can display each other best shots on all Apple devices through the iCloud sharing feature, and you can see all of our DSLR photos without cluttering the internal SSD.  This system is also convenient when you backup using time machine (configured to capture the MBP and external hard drive), because only one instance of the photo should be saved.

  My only complaint is that files referenced photo can not be uploaded to iCloud photo library a user directly, even if the referenced files will be shown along the iPhone photos side in the Photos.app (hence the need for a DSLR iCloud photo album).

  I have access to my Mac remotely and always assumed that if I did not check the box pw to remember when asking username/pw I would always need to enter pw to access a remote volume.  This, of course, is the case usually except that I noticed that I have three computers (home, office, mobile) with the same user name and I can connect to the remote volume by simply entering the IP address of the target computer. I receive no request for pw.  This occurs despite the Macs with different user pw. I went to keychain in public services and did ' t see the pw of file sharing, so I guess they are in iCloud keychain.  All 3 Macs have the same username and the same iCloud account, and I have iCloud Keychain selected on all 3 Macs.  Potential problems would be if someone stole my cell phone when I signed to or if someone at work was playing with my computer after hours - they can then access my home computer (or vice versa). If it is stored in iCloud Keychain, so I don't see an obvious way to change.  So I disabled the option of trousseau in iCloud in system preferences on my laptop, not saved in keychain to my Mac and restarted; When I tried to access my home Mac, it helped to connect without my pw but I have noticed that at the top of the window, text says 'connected as [email protected]'- real username omitted here.  Is anyway to avoid this short of having each Mac journal on an account different iCloud (then would lose Sync calendars etc.).   If they use all the same ID, then 5 GB. If you use a different iCloud for each device ID, 5 GB each.

  If the old e-mail use as apple for your current, just disconnect with current password account ID.

  Old email if different icloud account, reset your password, and then log out.

The problem is when I try to restore the database in iCloud is it only allows me to restore from iCloud not my mac. Is there anyway to transfer my data to ical (.ics) of the mac to iCloud.

  Have you tried to stop synchronizing with iCloud and then import in the calendar? Then restart the synchronization.

The closest to that is to share photos in a stream of family photos.

  There is no way to 'Transfer' or merge Apple ID.  Everything you have downloaded with a given ID is for always related to THIS specific ID.  Your only recourse if you want everything on 1 account specific, is to re-download that - if it were a purchase, you must buy it again.  If it was free (and still available), without issue.

  My iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) Personal Hotspot 6s is completely useless and almost all the work.

  In my case, it seems that it is interference between WiFi and Bluetooth. If I turn off bluetooth on the MacBook (after that it was used to launch the wifi on the iPhone 6 s hotspot) the wifi connection is ok.

The phenomenon is 100% reproducible with any iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro, I tested; also on other new units on the Apple Store / / Genius Bar made with the help of Apple employees to make sure that's not me, it's something wrong. • iPhone creates the event twice on Google Calendar

  I use the calendar app in my iPhone 5 c with iOS 9.2 to sync my Google calendar with five subcalendars.  They are all fine synchronization, for the most part.  When I create a new event on my iPhone, the event appears on my Google calendar in a few seconds.  It is ok.

  HOWEVER, if I edit the event on my iPhone to one subcalendar to another, and then a SECOND EVENT soon appears on my Google Calendar.

  Subsequently, my Google Calendar shows TWO events at the same time, one on each subcalendar, then my iPhone only shows a SINGLE, on the second subcalendar.

  This behavior does not occur with calendar on my Mac running 10.11.2.  Can I change the subcalendars for an event over and over again, and my Google Calendar follows perfectly.

  Any suggestions on how to research this problem would be appreciated.

  I have a similar problem. When I add an event on my calendar to the iPhone, then change to another calendar (I have a few calendars different iCloud defined), it shows as 2 tests: one in each calendar. I tried to delete a. They were BOTH deleted. I was able to recreate the scenario once, but so is not not new.

  I'm guessing it's related at the time of synchronization with iCloud (?)
