Higher output referenced specifications

What roles are required for graduation card outputs referenced?

Hi Chris,

You will need the role [SPEC_GRADUATOR]. You can find details on the superior functionality Spec in the GSM Guide:

  • The upper icon () is available on the specification of materials with an output type of 'External' of a user with the role of [SPEC_GRADUATOR]. By clicking on the icon changes the external output to a material "Referenced" and solves the workflow to a workflow of specifications of the material. The approval of Sourcing section becomes available for an item that has been formed.

  • vary the value of output of the digital HIGH output voltage.

    Hello

Is it possible to vary the values of the NOR-DAQ HIGH output voltage. If Yes please tell me how to do the same. I want to reduce tension before moving out of my camera, digital signal as my rating of device is only 3 volts for the digital HIGH.

    Kind regards

    Pradeep.

The digital output voltages cannot be changed on your USB-6259 (that you mentioned that you use in a different thread).  Please see the specifications for more information on the digital logic levels used on your Board.

  • 6211 DAQ high output frequency

    HI guys.

Ive had my hands on hardware DAQ USB 6211. Im trying to generate a signal of high output frequency of one of the 2 counters. The frequency is of the order of 5 to 20 kHz. Can someone tell me if this is possible with this device USB 6211?. Ive been searching but cant seem to find the answers. Are the counters on this device just to read the entries of high frequency or can also ouput. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply . Ive since found code that does exactly what I want. This isn't in the examples of labview so can someone find it useful. See the attached VI.

  • How to: Apply the second and third output referenced Formulation

    Our use case is-

There are several ways to squeeze oranges in orange juice of matter with levels of by-products.  We have a 'main' formulation that produces a material output referneced of Orange juice.  We want to now relate to additional formulations.  How this is done?

Now our business has been... create formulation 500001-001 with output material 5000002-001

We have also created formulations 500003-001 and 500004-001

When you go to the material specification > > partners fact sheet > > produced by... Open in Edit Mode

We are not dealing with an Add button to connect the formulation 500003-001 and 500004-001

If there is another way to do it, I didn't understand it although people have tried to explain it to me.  Could I get an idea of the stream click to get results... referenced material output with several options.

    Thank you.  Beckie

    Thanks Sherry,

I was trying to understand the course of "add material specifications 500002 - 001 as a material output of formulation" 500003-001... It does appear to me that I could change something exit we created.  After several hours of looking at this, I found the 14 steps to the product developer.  Thank you.

  • HR HTML: Output of specific control subjects

I just finished a major update and about 70 topics (about 900) which should go to SMEs for review. The 70s have mostly names of GUI fields and descriptions arrays and the SMEs will have to provide any missing/outdated description. So I want to generate output, preferably Word, the SMB can review and update as necessary. But even after I loaded all the works that I do not send, the generated Word file is lack of large pieces of material.

I also tried copy and paste tables Excel and Word, without success.

    Any ideas are appreciated.

The output window Word has several screens that you can browse. (The. CHM output only has a single window).  Instead of choosing to record and generate, choose Next.  On the second screen, select the double arrow to the left to remove everything and then either the double arrows to add all items in return OR just include the sections you want reviewed.  If you have conditioned on specific topics, BUT you add topics, they will show in the Word document. Text con in a theme appears.

Note that my screenshots come from RH10.

  • R5500 fanless video and high output

I have a R5500 with dual processor.  today I went to do a reboot after an update of windows, and he never came back.  Essentially and now have attached a monitor:

    1. Lights.
    2. Digital lights go from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4
    3. End up with 3 and 4 illuminated.  Think that it always does.
    4. Hear hard disks turning upward.
    5. Fans of start low nothing in video.
    6. Wait a minute, fans start gets carried away a little bit.
    7. No video.
    8. Fans start yelling again nothing.  No hard drive no light activity either.

Ideas what is happening here?  I can say that at some point I saw in the case log (have dell monitor installed if questions order) it shows a failure of the raid that seemed weird that hard drives did not work and only the raid I have in this device at the moment is the PERC 6 / i.

Have had problems before where I had to pull on the power cord briefly and plug it in again so he can turn it on.  I have a new food there so not food I guess.

Can say that when I take off the cover, three fans on the left side are running fast and those on the right are running more slowly.  Don't know the last time I checked this system, a CPU was idle at 55 degrees, the other at 35 degrees.  Can be nothing but trying to provide all the information.

    Thoughts?

    Thank you.

    Steve

You probably never noticed it but most of the systems with diags stop LED on various strains of numbers - 34, 12 etc. - during the POST that the system checks components are there, no failure etc.

Once the MESSAGE confirms that everything works ok it allows starting system in the o/s as usual and the LEDS go off on this model. If there is a problem during POST, the system stops on what caused the problem and goes no further until it is resolved. This is where the LEDs numbers; They let you know what has failed.

So to confirm. That your system is loading the operating system and the LEDs are out, this means that the system is now working properly

Hope that explains it for you

  • Copy of a Formulation with a referenced output

    Hello

copy of a Fromulation which has an Agile referenced output creates a new formulation (number of different specification) that points to the same referenced exit (same number of specification).

is it possible to create a new output referenced as well as the wording copied in Agile Agile 6.1.1.5 or 6.2?

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards

    Stefano

Since 6.1.1.5, you are able to subscribe to events, such as create, copy, save.  Check the EventFrameworkExtensions in the PE reference implementations.

6.2, there's a new extensibility clone, whereby you are able to customize the behavior of clone. The CloneExtensibility reference implementation is available in the Feature Pack 4.0 or higher.

  • Continuity of output task

I recently acquired a USB-6001 that will be used in a test context I design.

I am very experienced in LabVIEW, but mainly to the instrument control and not in the DAQ hardware.

Reading data is quite simple and intuitive, but I'm having hard digital understanding of tasks.

    For example...

I have a test of state diagram style program (enum, everything looped and structure of the case). If in one step of the test, it is a case of the structure of my case, I want to put a digital camera of high output, do I need to leave the running task for this output to stay high? Can I stop the output (with DAQmx Stop Task.vi) or even clear the task and have this output remains high? Is it more resources if I keep this task opened without clearing it? I will change this line later in the test, but should I keep the job open and running, or should I stop or delete the task?

I know, a lot of questions, but I'm just trying to cover my all my bases.

Digital lines will be maintained once the task is clear. Execution of a task requires memory, but unless you have rigid memory specifications it is easier to let the task running. I hope that answers your questions.

  • Satellite P100-257 enjoys High Definition Audio

    Hello.
Tell me please: only P100 - and my P100-257 machines have in particular - HD audio? Specifications on this site tells that his 16-bit and Toshiba Bass Enhanced Sound System with SRS TruSurround XT technology. Tells me nothing about the HD audio. Card his (smart?) is Conexant

I installed the new driver 3.11.0.50 (instead of 3.11.0.00 - if I'm not wrong) and it works. But 3.14... version gave no sound. Why that?
    Thank you very much.

    Hello

I think that this Satellite P100-257 supports high definition audio.
As mentioned that the laptop supports an audio chip Conexant CX20551-22 .
This chip supports the Intel High Definition Audio specification 1.0 revision compatibility that supports a 16-bit stereo audio format.

Regarding the audio driver. You must use one from the Toshiba page! They work for you!

  • A generated within a loop in a subvi output data can be transferred to the main program for each iteration of the loop?

    Hi LV users,.

I have a very basic question, I have not succeeded to asnwer using basic considerations.

I made a sub - vi that performs a scan of current-voltage using a unit of measurement-source Keithley and a loop FOR.

The subvi outputs 2 tables with my data (essentially an array of voltage and the corresponding current table). I also defined a Terminal at the exit of a group of these 2 tables in order to plot a graph XY - output. Specifically, I indexed this cluster to update after each iteration of the loop FOR, in my sub - vi (the indicator is placed outside the loop, of course).

My problem is that I want my main program to display the XY-graph in real time, with an update after each iteration of the loop FOR which is in my sub - vi.

I have a problem because my sub - vi output terminals are available for the main program concluded as soon as the sub - vi has completed its own execution (which is what we expect of sub - vi to do).

How can I use a sub - vi (because it's handy) and get in the main program in the course of its performance data that are generated from the loops of sub - vi?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Yoyo87

Elements of the queue in the Subvi them put your main VI where you want to display the data and the.

It is similar to the architecture of producer/consumer. There are examples of it in LabVIEW. The examples work with 2 parallel loops, in your case a loop (the producer) will be in the Subvi.

  • 6009OEM output voltage and current

    Hi all

    Just try to make sense:

    http://www.NI.com/PDF/products/us/20043762301101dlr.PDF

Page 3 says: high output voltage (push - pull, I = - 8.5 my) = minimum voltage 2.0 v maximum voltage = 3.5V but where can I find out what current can it provide and continue to produce an output voltage more than 4.2V?  (4, 2V is the worst case for the high threshold of logic of a chip, I want to control).

    Thank you!

    J

    Hello J,

As you mentioned is the maximum voltage of 3.5V when you have a high output voltage (push - pull, I = - 8.5 my). If you need more than 3.5V then you might need to change to an open-drain output. As you can see from the link you provided that you would receive a maximum voltage of 5V.

If you do not use an open-drain output you have to combine with a pull up resistor.

    I hope this helps.

  • connect and configure the outputs (VBAI - camera Allied manta)

    Hello

Currently, one of our projects has an exit. We now want to configure 2 outputs.

    • VBAI 2012
    • Allied camera: Manta G201C
    • Connected with plc

So far, we used SelectSyncOut and SyncOutPolarity. When, try to use the same approach, we do not get the desired result.

As an attachment, you see a simple drawing of our cable and exits. According to the provided table I think I need to connect to orange (10) to the (+) of the source. Then green (6) must be connected to the (+) electric user and the (-) (-) user of the power source.

While we should do the same thing with our second user: connect white/Brown (12) to our user...

    Is this correct?

Attachment (knipsel), you can see our program. In State 'zwart' we want to define these two our outputs low. "In States 'geen stuk' and ' ok 25" we want to set output 1 high and as 'Afkeur', we want to put the 2 high output.

Can someone tell me how to proceed? I think I need to use the GPO to SyncOutSource and SyncOutLevels, but when I try this I don't get the results I want.

    With sincere friendships.

    Tom

    Your wiring looks right to me.  Note that if your power user is high impedance (Raffles< 5="" ma),="" you="" may="" need="" a="" shunt="" to="" ground. ="" the="" manual="" has="" the="" appropriate="" resistor="">

With a quick read of the manual, SyncOutSource (1) the GPO and SyncOutSource (2) value value GPO seem correct.

The SyncOutLevels must be a switch for outings.  For example, 0x0001 turns on output 1, output 2 and 0 x 0011 how activate 0 x 0010 turn on both.  It's how you used it?

Activating/Deactivating the polarity will reverse the SyncOutLevel assigned a bit, although you must be able to specify which output that you handle.  Writing a new value to SyncOutLevels looks like the most effective way toggle.

  • Output 5V digital while gaining some HAVE

    Hello fans of LV,.

I am confronted with (what I thought would be) a trivial task:

I'm certain analog signals on a 6351 OR USB using DAQmx.  And I want to trigger an external device simultaneously.  So I want to start my task of AI, a digital to go HIGH output pin.  And when it stops, I want the PIN to go DOWNSTAIRS.

I think actually that NEITHER provided an '' integrated '' signal for this... something I could easily move to one of the PFI PIN.  As a "HAVE busy signal."  But it does not appear that this exists.

So instead, I thought I could do a task "HAVE simultaneous and DO."  It works well, except that the PIN HIGH when rest end tasks.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    josborne wrote:

Hmmm.  I don't think that the sample clock won't work because it is a pulse train.  It goes UP and DOWN for each point of the data acquired.  Actually, I want the signal stay high during the acquisition of all.

I think you're right about using a PIN.  But I am confused how to implement in LabVIEW.

I think I misunderstood what you mean by an acquisition, then.  I thought you meant just a single point.  Are say you that you will acquire a fixed number of samples and you need relaxation to remain high until there finishes the entire points series?

As I said, I'm not an expert in routing of the signal, so there is probably a more efficient way to do this, but the simplest, you could take a signal from a digital output pin and split with one end going to the external device and the other end to the input trigger to HAVE it (probably that in software, but I don't know if you can split the signal in this case).  Configure separate tasks and the AI, no need to synchronize them.  When you start to DO it, the AI will trigger.  Then you just need to somehow disable DO when HAVE complete - but went too urgent?  If you do not need a precise timing for this purpose then just wait for the AI to finish, then turns off the DO.

  • Strange analog output of USB-6211

I just got USB-6211 to replace USB-6001 to set the clock to external sampling on analog output for LED lighting control. The part of external clock example works fine, but the analog output voltage is strange. To do self-monitoring, I connected control pin LED to AO0 & AI0 of surveillance in the NI MAX test panel and LED control on the ground at AO - GND & GND HAVE since I have both USB-6001 and USB-6211, I conducted tests on two of them with the same setting of wire. When I generate sine wave - 5V to 5V to AO0 (from NI MAX test panel), USB-6001 can monitor the same signal AI0, but watch USB-6211 - 3, 4V to 3.4V voltage truncated. I did the test separately (wiring one device at a time), so there is no interference between the two devices. USB-6211 past self-calibration and self-monitoring. Also, I did reset devices. I don't know why they would behave differently with the same configuration, and I hope that someone could help with this question. Thank you.

    Hi skuo1008,

The USB-6001 can support + / 5 output current my from terminals to analog output, while the USB-6211 box can provide only +/-2 my current output.  It is likely that the load impedance is too low, causing the 6211 to hit its current compliance and thus cut the tension.  If you try to exchange your load with a resistance of at least 5 v/.002A = 2500 Ohms, you should be able to see the full +/-5V sine wave.  I suspect that your DUT has a words 3.4V/.002A = 1700 Ohms impedance.  You could use a device with higher output current or use a more current source buffer circuit.  If you do not need a bipolar output, you might also consider using digital lines to control the LEDs.

    Kind regards
