  I can't install the windows updates. I have Windows Vista Home Premium. My automatic update is running... I studied and thought that the problem was with some service pack 2 I had to install - I did and nothing helped. My windows update history page is completley empty and Iwonder why. • What is the difference between the cookies keep until I close firefox and the history of cookie empty closing firefox?

If I clear the history when closing and include cookies, half of the td.com cookies disappeared when I close firefox and re - open. The same is true if I'm not the exception.

  When you change the default cookie 'to life' of "keep until: they expire" to "keep until the: I close Firefox", Firefox changes all persistent cookies that sites set session cookies. To allow a site to place a persistent cookie, you need to make an exception (site permission).

  I don't know how to describe this issue I am experiencing now.

  Just updated to Firefox, and this recently discovered problem (or a problematic feature?) is driving me crazy. I use the history of URL bar of review frequently, and the first suggestion always suggest a white square white icon then trying to AutoComplete, i.e. "visit http://firefox", if I type in "firefox" on the URL bar.

  How can I get rid of this? It's annoying me no end.

  This is a new feature in Firefox 43. To turn it off to do this:

  1. Go about: config in Firefox
  2. Click on the I'll be careful button
  3. Locate the Boolean browser.urlbar.unifiedcomplete
  4. Change the false value

  Note: You may need to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect.

• My Safari continues to show the history of the year 2000

  I did my regular dilligance by searching in the forums, google, other apple sites does not.

  I clear my history often, to keep my computer works well, and Safari continues to view a history of the year 2000. It won't let me delete or remove, but sometimes when I close the browser and reopen it, it's gone.  It makes me crazy!  I can't find anyone else who has had this problem.

  Please, back up all data before proceeding.

  First of all, get rid of your useless "anti-malware" or "anti-virus" software. Remove as instructed by the developer.

  Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select this option:
