  Try, 'network and sharing Center' in the section 'Show your active networks' - it can show 'Public network' or 'work '. If, so click on the one which is indicated and select "home network".

  The message is usually due to the Admission HA and reservations control configuration memory set on one or more virtual machines. With the default configuration HA calculates the sizes of slot based on the memory and CPU. Any reserve on a virtual machine could increase the size of the slot and lead to fewer available seats. What you can do is either to reduce (or eliminate) reservations about the VM (s) or set admission control to a percentage rather than the host failures tolerated.

• Slow network traffic / expires at ESXi4 host starting from a different subnet, but customers are very well

  I set up a test server ESXi4 and spin various Windows 2003/XP clients and a guest of Vyatta VC5 as my core router.  This has been a strange problem that all traffic to the guests and also are very good, but I can handle only the host with the VI client on the same subnet.  If I can host on a different subnet (even if I leave the cable connected to the same port and vlan), then it becomes unusable.  Many things time out including just trying to download the VI client from the host https page.  Anyone seen this before?

  I have 2 configured vSwitches, one on one vlan isolated to my iSCSI traffic to my storage, and the other as a trunk with the VLAN network management and guest vm on it.  My management network is in the same vlan as one of my comments to VLAN.

• FPGA using playback memory to host VI

  I use a PXI-7831R card and I put aside a block of memory onboard, I write it several times during the execution of the program FPGA. I followed all the values that I store in memory during execution, and they are all valid and what I expect.   You can access your memory of targets directly from the host VI. You will need to read the memory in another loop on the FPGA (preferably another loop) and write to a FIFO dma for communication directly to the host Interface as described above. Basically writing to the DMA fifo is identical to writing from memory, except in the case of memory, you have addresses that you can access individually and the DMA is a fifo (first in first out) so you can access individual pieces of information out of use.
