Copy the list and spent in a TextEdit new document, where it is somewhat easy to do the necessary replacement below.
When the list is open in TextEdit, press Command + F to open the Find dialog.
Click in the box, type the colon unique semi (;)
Select the check box replace
Click on in the new area (replace) option-return type (press the option key, press the return key)
Click ALL
Copy the now vertical list.
Open a new document numbers.
Click (once) in the cell where you want the list to start.
Dough.

I just uploaded my first web site. Everything works ok, but when it loads the pages for the first time, they don't charge like a leaf but a box after another. It is quite fast - 3 seconds for the entire page, but doesn't seem very professional.
			 
Thanks Murray. Understand your point, but what is likely to happen in reality with this optimal provision of void and because I have spaces in file names? It seems to work very well at the moment.
It is difficult to predict, but sure, FW (or any graphics editor) HTML tends to develop 'fragile' in the sense that when you change the "shape" of the contents of the table, adding text (different style), or images, the table can 'break' - which means that will visible gaps between the cells.  They are difficult to fix once you committed page for a monolithic table layout, and can sometiimes require that you build the page from scratch using a different method.
Spaces in file names are sometimes interpreted by servers as a signal that the name of the file is finished space.  This has obvious consequences, and is this risk that the W3C feels compelled to point out explicitly as being forbidden.
It may seem to work very well for the moment, but then the browsers how did you test in?  And have you tried to enlarge your text in browsers?  Or change your width of the viewport?

5 pages is located in your Applications folder.
Pages ' 08 is located in your Applications/iWork ' 08 folder.
If you open your old documents Pages ' 08 with 5 Pages it will convert and if not damage, remove a large number of useful features.
You will probably regret upgrading to 5 Pages which Apple has made extremely inconsistent and keeps changing its file format.

Whoa... now say you they are video files? That's what I
suspicious, and of course change to JPEG will not work...
So what happened to the idea that it was JPEG image
files? Maybe I just misunderstood your original question.

In general, they will accept the image in the format, that it was taken (if it was taken by the majority of cameras or cell phones).  But if so, you have a few options.
The most simple and integrated solution is Microsoft Paint.  Yes it is from the 1980s, but it still works and changes of a good job for a time.  Just to right click on the photo file, choose open with and choose paint.  Then go to file > save as and save this return as the file type you want it to be (like PNG or BMP or JPG, quality declining in the JPG option).
If you need more options like changing the quality he uses during conversion, another free option (of the very very many) is Paint.NET, an open source free image editing program. http://www.dotPDN.com/downloads/PDN.html
There are also programs that can do it in bulk, so you can highlight 300 photos and do convert them all at once.  You can do this for free or with tools like Photoshop.
