  I am trying to install a Dell 3000cn laser printer in my computer.   There is a rash that goes around, and the solution is not yet clear 100%. I suggest try reinstalling this way:

  Clean reinstall it

  (1) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 37.0.1 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

  (2) close Firefox (if applicable).

  (3) to rename the program folder

  (Windows 32-bit folder names)

  I don't think you want to re - install. From what I understand, it is a call to a process which, for which there is no process to the left, most likely a left of Tune UP utilities or similar.
