  If you are referring to the use of the utility screen green/blue, green, and blue are the colors of background, only that you can use in iMovie.  To have a wider range of background color options, you must use a professional video editor such as Final Cut Pro.

I have to minimize the background to be able to see my office. I took for fixed the menus on the left, top and right and minimizing the background, but every time I open a photoshop file, the background reappears as a cover on my desk, so I have to keep to a minimum the bottom once again. Photoshop guess I should be focusing on a single file at a time and only this file, when in the real world, I jump to a file in a file, several times having photoshop multiple files open at the same time, not to mention other open files as well as a browser too. There MUST be a default setting to open photoshop without the distracting background, but I have not yet found. Can you please help? Thank you. stem

  In the toolbar above is an icon to access preferences for tracing. At the bottom is a checkbox ignore whites.

  Erin,

  With PNG (preferably PNG24), you can check transparency and get rid of the background.

  The clear format of artwork no photo would be PNG24. It is important to create the exact size that it should be used, or it will be blurred. You can create it at this size, using points/pixel as the unit and save for Web. You can check the size of the window the size of the Image where you can also check Art Optimized.

  I fear, however, you may be out of luck: maybe the format will be changed to JPEG, and size will also change by Facebook software.

  If the person is standing in front of a uniformly colored background - especially a blue screen or green screen - it is relatively easy.

  If you just want to cut the person on a regular background, then you can replace it with a different background, which is not possible in Premiere Elements. The only tool I know who can do it in video is the tool of rotoscoping in after affects CC.
