• Variables SESSION across subdomains. How to make them visible?

  I have a Web site and for some reason, many subdomains, as part of the same site. A sort of mainstore.com and phones.mainstore.com, laptops.mainstore.com and so on.

  The problem I am facing is I can't make the SESSION (and COOKIES) variables visible between them. If I login on the home page (mainstore.com), everything is ok, but if I then navigate to phones.mainstore.com, the site shows me I'm not connected, of course, because only variable USED to check if a user has signed in or not is not visible on this subdomain.

  I have read many articles on this issue, some of them offer solutions, but none worked for me.

  Try this:

  1. Select > all.

  2 copy.

  6 object > arrange > SendToBack.

  7 separate.

  You should now have an object filled for each region Visual envelope of your work at the chain, under the Assembly-line work in the stacking order. You can re - color filled areas by selecting and changing their fill colors.

  If all areas has not created you can fill a closed path, there is a gap between some lines around this region. You must ensure that all the areas you want to color are less than completely surrounded by paths.   It's always disappointing that so many web hosting providers that offer ColdFusion don't really understand the product.

  The scope of client and the scope of session are two different things.

  It is good that your hosting service has configured their system to store customer data in the database rather then the (default) registry or cookies.  But as far as I know, you don't use any variables scope of the customer.

  Range session variables live always in RAM.  The factor that matters here is the cookies (CFID and CFTOKEN or JSESSIONID) that are sent between the client and the server so that the server can know what are the session variables belong to which customers.  How cookies work, is that they are associated with a specific domain name, so if your https site using a different domain (a fairly common configuration), it will be different cookies which means extended different session.

  There is an extension which exports cookies to the old text file format. That could allow you to delete the ones your do not want by using a text editor. I think that you would need the extension again to reimport the file (modified) in Firefox.

  How do you remove usually cookies? In the Firefox Cookies dialog box, there are two buttons at the bottom: all delete and delete the selection. If you're used to a button Delete, it could be that you used an add-on to delete cookies.

  Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  If the deletion of cookies did not help, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies has been corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

  I delete all my cookies with the exception of the 5 or 6 that are Web sites that I visit daily. I went and deleted all cookies and cookie above was successfully deleted.
