  I bought a Vista Ultimate Anytime Upgrade from MS Anytime Upgrade site in 2007. I now need to reinstall after a crash of the PC. However, while I still have the DVD can't get the license key. When I checked on the order confirmation emails, there is a "Digital locker" link for me to recover when necessary - that's why I the have not kept. But when I now try the link there is broken, and browsing the web, it seems that the Digital Locker service no longer exists, so as it is I have no spare key while it is a legitimate purchase?

  I tried to find someone at MS to provide me with a new key - it's a legitimate purchase, fee, directly from a web site of MS, but so far no one has been willing to help. Anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved please?

  I had my PC worked on so I could play better. This tech guy did some work was right but put windows xp pro service pack 3. on this subject. He said it was legal and he went from checking. He did it for about 6 months. I lost my power in a storm and when I succeeded him and pulled upward it did not check my copy of 'registered '.

  Click on the Start button and type capture in the search box menu star. The cutting tool application should appear at the top of the search results.

  As the cutting tool is an integral part of Windows, you might have to reinstall windows to return to the tool. Assuming, of course, you had accidentally deleted.

  It seems that your version is not the latest.

  Check help / about... what version it reads.

  It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

  Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

  (1) what is the file format of the photos on the CD?

  (2) you are able to play another CD/DVD on this computer?

  (3) have you made recent changes to the computer before the show?

  (4) is it a Blu - ray disc?

   

  Install the codec for Blu - Ray. Your Blu - ray player should have come with a medium containing the codec. You can also use your favorite search engine and free research Blu - ray codec.
  The Blu - ray disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. To play a Blu - ray disc, you must use a non-Microsoft program that supports Blu - ray playback and a device that can play Blu - ray discs.

  If you have a program that supports Blu - ray, then I suggest you to use the Troubleshoot utility and check for the issue.

  You can try the following methods and check if it helps.

  The Blu - ray disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. To play a Blu - ray Disc, you must use a non-Microsoft program that supports playback of Blu ray and a device that can play Blu ray discs.

  Simply re-install using recovery or reinstalling media and reactivate by phone if necessary:

  There is no backdoor to EFS encryption.  This is why it is so important to backup your encryption certificates when using EFS.  Refer to the following article, paying special attention to the paragraph "why you should back up your certificates"

  That said, if some important remains of your old system must still exist on your hard drive and have not been crushed in your new installation, there are a few programs that widening this information and try to rebuild your key.  Such a program is AEFSDR, but, frankly, it's a long shot at this point.
