  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  Since 14.4.0 TMS version, it is possible get endpoint CUCM registered directory server to point to the TMS directory instead of the CUCM directory.

  I tried to set up, but I still can't get it to work.

  On the endpoint of TC (version TC7.1.3), in Configuration > System Configuration > Server from the phonebook,

  I set the server type MSD and the URL as http://TMSserverFQDN/tms/public/external/phonebook/phonebookservice.asmx

  When I SSH to the endpoint TC I ping the TMS serverFQDN so DNS resolution on the endpoint is apparently works.

  When I open this URL in my browser, I get a page called "PhoneBookService" with GetPhonebooks links, ResolveSystem and research

  But on the preview endpoint it works everything simply. This shows just "no directory.

  How can I solve this problem?

  1. Endpoints defined in TMS?
  2. A TMS directory is published at the endpiont in MSDS?
  3. The directory TMS has a source valid and entered in it?

  A customer has a lot of 9971 series and other video capable ip saved in CUCM phones which are obviously not the criteria of TC.

  How can I go to add to TMS? Are they added only as unmanaged endpoints?

  Is it possible that I can force the TMS or the conductor also to call them so that they can join a conference?

  We have some use VIP users who want to call rather than compose themselves at the Conference and they have no endpoint of TC.

  You probably don't have to add CUCM in TMS, unless you want to add any endpoints mentioned some of my first answer in TMS, although it wouldn't hurt to add it anyway.

  You can add IP phones as unmanaged endpoint points, although this will consume a TMS system for each license added.  If you have plenty of endpoints that you want to add and you do not have enough licenses, you can use a directory phone, as mentioned earlier, see the "Manage Sources of phonebook" on pg 187 for more details.  You can schedule video conferences using two methods, but Smart Scheduler is unable to add participating telephone directories, so the TMS advanced scheduler should be used if you add participants from telephone directories.

  What you do above in the TMS for the planning of endpoints has no impact on its PMF, you can add endpoints you want logged in as a favorite yourself in your TMS user portal.

  Sorry, your message is very confused. DNS is not something you
  purchase. There are many around the world DNS servers and they (at
  least one of them) are something that you use, not own.

  Here's how a DNS server is used. We tend to think of the URL as addresses

  Read the User Guide Oracle learning management (version 12.2), page 10-1 mentions that 'using the page Manager, for each of your employees you can create or delete entries' but it does not say how.  When I tried, it registered manager (user) rather than the selected employee.  Maybe I'm not doing correctly.

  One of my colleagues found the answer.  It is a bug on eBS R12.2.4 and the solution is Patch.20470762: R12. OTA. C. see Manager is to get place in the class instead of the employee (Doc ID 1988913.1) in My Oracle Support.

  My Adviser for any installation of greenfield is to use CUCM; However, it does not entirely replace VCS, and it should in the near future. Here are some examples:

  • VCS control is always the product of call control recommended for video customers other than Cisco (Polycom, Sony, generic H.323, etc.). This is also the case for other types of interoperability (for example IPv4 to IPv6).
  • VCS control is always necessary for the travesal firewall Ascend/H.460 to work with VCS Expressway. Any call to the Internet would be CUCM--> VCS - C--> VCS - E--> Internet.
  • VCS Expressway is always required for any client capable non-AnyConnect located on internet to register; CUCM is not intended to be directly Internet facing.

  CUCM is Cisco Lighthouse call control platform and this will be the design choice by default unless one arrises specific requirement that excludes it. Perhaps, if the client doesn't have a Cisco UC today and don't ever be (which seems unlikely that frankly), you may be able to justify a VCS approach only. The days of a compartmentalized video compatible infrastructure seem well numbered.

  I use an EX90 (TC5.1.4.295090) registered in the VCS - Cluster (X7.1) and using the TMS-Server ServerPhonebook (13.2%).

  I have also several C20 (TC5.1.3.292001) registert on VCS Cluster.

  For all settings, I did on TMS Server-directory entries.

  EX90 using some of the C20 can be composed, they appear with H323, some C20 may be composed, they are shonw with SIP, numbers on the EX90.

  Why is there a different behaivor between these systems? Each of them are configured the same way!

  Can someone help me out here?

  If you can see the intellectual property entry in the phone book and when you dial the number, you can not... Try to set the call for directly just installation mode to see if it works then change back. If it works with the installation of the direct call I look at the events on the vcs log and see what happens.

  You have an installation of the fact of all your entries in the directory as H323, but again, they appear as definition SIP on the ex90. How does this look on the c20, it's when you do the same search?
