• My screen blackBerry Smartphones has been frozen all day? Help, please!

  Okay so I recently bought a blackberry 9800 torch of my friend, its not in poor condition but it has a few scratches on it. the phone also worked well for her.

  This morning, installed an app to rename my files of music, called MTagz or something like that

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '.   I need access to swich off unnecessary Start Up Progs, but when I go to Control Panel-programs-change startup Progs... I get a box that appears, informing me Defender is disabled, but can be substituted and turn it on.

  I am very aware as I have MS Essentials running a NOT just another anti virus, Defender, at the same time runing.

  Advice in the MS help pages do not offer the senario that MS Essentials turn and swiched off defender... .he suppose that Defender running!

  OK, this sounds like faulty software in this case.  It is possible to reload the operating system if you want to try it, but if you would rather simply exchange for another, I could definitely see that as well.

  By pressing the button Off is not the correct way to restart our BlackBerry device, please perform a battery pull reboot as this device while is powered on remove waiting battery for a min. and then reinsert it wait until the device take a long restart. See if that helps.

  If this isn't the case, then try to start your machine in Safe Mode and in Safe Mode uninstall your downloaded recently or that you think is responsible for this.

  I just got a new unlocked AT & T PRIVATE today on Amazon, and the screen makes a rattling noise when they are hit.  On the web, there are a lot of people reporting a similar issue, suggesting turn the phone to try to fix it.  This has not worked for me.

  How I organized my own after having the same problem has been to create a folder and called it "emails. (you can do this on the menu bar)  You can then move all individual e-mail accounts to this folder (also performed through the menu bar).  Now whenever you receive an email you can just look in your 'messages' folder and check them.  It emerges also from space on your screen.
