  I remember in earlier versions of PE, when I applied an effect to a photo (artistic, blur, noise, etc.), there was a bar of tools/dialog box that would allow me to set unique settings for each effect.   Now, in PE 9 (for Mac), I can't understand how to access these parameters - they do not automatically appear when an effect is selected and I can't find the place where to turn this 'on '.

  Right click on the bar tasks once run-> advanced-> click disable_topmost options->, icon 7TT

  Enter 2 (starting from 0)-> click on apply and ok

  The VMs system static IPs on the 192.168.2 network also fails miserably as all of my attempts to set masks subnet on all systems.

  I think I need to 'fix' the VMware Server 2 DHCP server, but have not yet find data on this topic, and I'm not sure that if I do this will help.

  Any solution here would be FANTASTIC.

  Past esxi was not really going to do this I feel even if you have not installed - it is really intended for high-end package rather than SATA based servers while sort will work on some.

  PC hardware is not bad... as it goes.

  What you really need, is the other drives... usually a disk configuration 4-5 place the OS/programs on the C drive and many others, the following "bits": project files; cache/database files; preview files; media files.

  This would be a system 5 units, each option on a separate disk. And there are combos for running with 2, 3 or 4 drives total.

  The other option was an array of RAID - 0 4-6 disc scratched with your system drive.

  However ... Bill Gehrke, The expert on these things, reports rather incredible success using m.2 readers than a Samsung external T1, the latter able to run through a port USB3 (not nearly as high speed with external drives need more) and very usable read/write time with everything the program file being on the Samsung Q1 cross.

  Now, at $184 / USD, it's a bit spendy gig for the "disk space", BUT... it is big enough for most small to moderate users to have a few projects on at any given time. You just need to move things on and outside it as needed. But you compare the total cost of connection that versus purchase say disks 5 3/4-to & so that they know, it's significantly less expensive. And you can use external references USB3 large and cheaper for backend storage of work not in progress.

  So... maybe that would 'fix' your questions...

  Here are the steps to change the expiration time of in IIS:
  Go to IIS, in the list of Web sites, select hfm, right-click on it and select Properties, this will bring the virtual directory in view tab, otherwise click on this tab.
  Click the configuration button, and then click the Options tab. Time out of sessions should be displayed within minutes.

  If you prefer to go in the way of the EMP Configurator, the Start button all programs->-> Oracle EPM System-> Oracle Foundation Services select EPM System Configurator.
  Once it works financial management select in the first screen, and then configure the Web server-> Configure IIS for Webapplication of financial management;
  You should see the 1200 seconds Web session timeout, change it according to your needs. Do not too big, you want that users initially.

  If you go to the administrator of the server, click the server in question, then go to the Component Manager there will be a drop-down list at the bottom of the page for 'Updating components'. If you choose your component from the drop-down list and click on update settings screen will go up. Based on how you have your updated component implemented to read these values, you should not even have to restart the content server.
