  Here's the real answer.

  1. Right click on the speaker icon in the address bar. It is to the left of the where it says listening or sleeping.
  2. Click to open the speech dictionary.
  3. Click change existing words
  4. Change a Word.
  5. Highlight bend and then click Next
  6. Insert the spelling that you want to appear when you dictate the word

  Please update your graphics card driver and ensure that all updates are installed.

  You could check the number to uncheck 'use graphics Processor' in Photoshop preferences > Performance.

  You actually change the name. What you see is the original buffer that has not been marked "dirty" by the change in the case. If you press F5 , you can force a refresh and the revised spelling should show.

  BTW, tapping F2 initiates an editing session to rename all as right, click Rename or gently second by clicking on a selection.
