  Wizard cannot be used on Windows 7.

  Windows XP scanner and Camera Wizard is:

  wiaacmgr.exe

  On a Windows XP system, the path to the file is:

  C:\Windows\System32\wiaacmgr.exe

  There is also a copy of the file located in the:

  C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\wiaacmgr.exe

  Given the attached screenshot, all you have to do is click on the words "1 important upgrade is available" and you would be able to see the list of updates (still important) and select one, if you want (check box to the left of it) and then back to the screen attached to see that you now have an update is selected for installation.
