  You will need to do a clean install, there is no place on the way to upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit.

  Using the disk of 64-bit Windows 7, install Windows 7 Windows Easy Transfer Utility from the DVD (to find it, simply navigate to x:\support\migwiz, "x:" is the name of your hard drive.
