How to load .cap on a smart card

Hello world!

I am very confused with java cards. I have written an applet for java card. Tried in Eclipse + JCWDE. Send a few APDU units with apdutool.bat. Works great!

However, I would like to go further and try on a real card chip. The only problem is that I don't know how to load on my card .cap file. I tried to find forums, references or something like that, but all I found was "trying to load, but get the error" or something like that.

I use the JCOP for Eclipse tool (if only for any help)

Can someone find works me of loading in princip? Is their any classes that can be used to simplify the task?

Any help is appreciated

Yes of course. Normal .zip file.
I can print the contents of the file load.jcsh here:

  • How to disable the "Insert smart card" dialog box keeps appearing after the connection?

    Running Windows 7 64 bit on a laptop Dell which includes and integrated smart card reader. My configuration does not require a smart card to log on. I was wondering if the smart card reader has worked, I plugged a card chip used on another system. The driver is installed automatically, so it appears the drive works.

    Now, whenever I log in, the "Insert smart card" dialog box is displayed. If I cancel or close the box, he continues to reappear every few seconds. How to disable this behavior?

    Update: this is somehow connected to Outlook 2003. I have 4 different e-mail accounts. The "Insert smart card" box appears only when checking for my att account (yahoo), which is configured by using POP3.

    Go to the Services.msc and check the settings for the smartcard (manual test) service.

    PS 29 December 2011

    The position of the OP, have been reported since a lot of this problem on the some notebooks Dell and HP. There are a few reports that a replacement of the motherboard fixed the problem and the other that the relocation of a certain connector (no mention of exaclly one that) solves the problem. Direct contact with the manufacturer of the laptop computer, Dell or HP wether, might be useful. Try a follow-up if you have already made contact.

    Hello @Eyka,

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff.

    I understand that you have a problem with the smart card reader and wanted to help you!  I see that this problem started after the upgrade of OS Windows 10.

    It seems that there are no Windows 10 drivers available for your product on the HP site.  It seems that Windows 10 drivers can be pushed through Windows Update.  Alternatively, you can try to check this site as well:

    HP products - where to find Windows 10 drivers and software for my model?

    If you have problems to install the drivers, you can use the tool on the following site:

    Open the Windows Update troubleshooting tool

    It is possible that the drivers are not available for your product.  If this is the case, or the drivers you found do not work, try to use the solutions on this site to work around the problem and let me know how it goes: how: install and update drivers in Windows 10

  • Smart Card Logon test is a failure

    Hello, we are test user log-ins via the authentication by smart card on a closed network and we have had no success in connecting with our cards to chip on test stations.  We received an external domain domain controller certificates, as well as two root CA certificates and two intermediate certificates.  The workstations to output an error: "the system could not log.  "You cannot use a smart card to log smart card log on is not supported for your user account (Windows 7)" or "the system could not log.  The authentication server you reported and error (0xC00000BB).  You can find more information in the event log.  Report this error to the administrator of the system (Windows XP)".  There is no error useful to examine logs of the events of the workstation.

    On domain controllers, the following errors appear in the system log:

    EVENT ID: 19 Source: Kerberos-Key-Distribution-Center, this event indicates an attempt was made to use smart card logon, but the KDC is unable to use the PKINIT protocol because it lacks an appropriate certificate

    EVENT ID: 29 Source: Kerberos Key Distribution Center The Key Distribution Center (KDC) could not find a suitable to be used for smart card logon, or the KDC certificate could not be verified.  Smart card logon may not work correctly if this problem is not resolved.  To correct this problem, check the existing KDC certificate by using certutil.exe, or sign up for a new KDC certificate.

    Here is the question I have checked/verified so far:

    (1) open ther Certificates.mmc a snap-in and verified software component (under the computer account) the certificate domain controller is located in the 'Personal' certificates, the root CA certificates are located in the "certificate authorities roots of trust", and the intermediaries/subordinate certificates are found with intermediate "CAS" folders

    (2) the insured and default domain policy change certificates have been imported into their respective folders as well.  A ran a gpupdate/force on my workstation to test and verified that the policy works and certificates have been loaded.

    (3) Ran certutil - store-Enterprise NTAuth and verified certificates have been published.

    (4) copied the cert DC to my workstation and ran the following command prompt: certutil - verify - URLFetch DC.cer

    The current result is:

    Element.dwInfoStatus = CERT_TRUST_HAS_KEY_MATCH_ISSUER (0 x 2)

    Element.dwInfoStatus = CERT_TRUST_HAS_PREFERRED_ISSUER (0x100)

    I hope I have provided enough detail.  My colleagues and I are confused as to what is to prevent revocation checks and out to the CDP URLS that are valid, ultimately preventing us to connect with our cards smart.  Has anyone ever encountered this problem?  Your help is appreciated in advance.

  • APDUConnection and smart cards

    BB Storm JDE 4.7

    I'm just curious to know if there is any practical use for APDUConnection currently in blackberry devices?

    I'm trying to understand where this could be used.

    A secondary question to this is I've seen SD cards for cameras with band WIFI built into the card. It's so people can mount the unit on their PC and then load the pictures down, or remove them. I wonder if this is what is considered a smart card, in this case?

    This is a link to a real micro SD with 1 G and WIFI. You would have to redirect the network stack to use instead of the 3 G (not sure if this is possible).

    Has anyone tried one of these wifi cards in any blackberry sd card.

    Hi Bbnoviceja

    Welcome to the Forums of the BlackBerry Support

    Regarding your backup problem, plug your device and run BlackBerry Desktop Software for windows in the office software click Devive > delete data > data choose selected > scroll social power database > mark it and whose losses. Once this part is deleted, try to perform a full backup.

    KB29522 : "Backup of database error" message is generated to Database Options smart card when you back up the smart phone BlackBerry with the BlackBerry Desktop Software

  • Oracle Forms 10 g and smart cards

    Dear all,

    I apply for oracle with screen forms to fill the information of employees, now, the company has issued smart cards containing data of the employee.

    I have a USB card reader device and the SDK to communicate with the card. The SDK implemented using the JAVA programming language and the card reader will be connected to the client computer.

    I use Oracle Forms10g (ver.10.1.2).

    Anyone with an idea how to read the card data in my form of oracle.

    Thank you and best regards,

    A java bean that is designed for a Forms application will execute its java code on the client side.  You can communicate in the forms pl/sql using the WHEN-CUSTOM-POINT-EVENT trigger.  More information on the creation of a Java Bean for forms are in Forms Builder online help and the external site, I've mentioned previously.

  • View 4.5 and the smart card configuration

    Hi all

    I encountered a problem which I hope one of you can help me with.

    I install a new server connection view, v4.5 on Windows Server 2008 and everything works fine. I can browse to display administrator connect to a virtual computer by using view Client and also with a thin client. So all is well.

    The problem comes when I try to configure smart card authentication. I created a locked.properties like the documentation file, placed in the install_directory\VMware\VMware View\Server\sslgateway\conf\locked.properties has the status of docs, restart the service and now nothing. Cannot browse to the administrator of the display, unable to connect with View Client or thin client. I tried to start and stop ALL services on the machine vMware, restarted the machine and still nothing.

    I deleted the locked.properties file, rebooted the machine, nothing. If I uninstall and reinstall see connection to the server, everything is fine, but as soon as I add in locked.properties, all works again.

    The content of my locked.properties is:

    trustKeyfile = mystore.key

    trustStoretype = JKS

    useCertAuth = true

    The key file, mystore.key, was obtained using the keytool utility and copied in install_directory\VMware\VMware View\Server\sslgateway\conf, as the docs state.

    I'm just ideas on how to solve this problem.

    Sounds like something in your trust store causes a problem when you start the Secure Gateway service.

    When you started your broker with the locked.properties in place, the service "VMware View security component of gateway" stops shortly after startup? There may be an exception in the newspapers of debugging describing such a problem, near a line similar to:

    2010-12-01 14:38:03, INFO 199 generating managers trust for authentication of the client

    Certificates installed locally (with extended key usage the Client authentication) can be used for authentication on the view connection server.  So to do what you ask, you must configure the authentication of smart card on the view connection server (see the Administrator's guide) and assign required and then just not to distribute cards to chip to users.  However, users would not get, single-sign - on because there is no smart card to be redirected to the remote desktop.

  • Generate public and private keys within the smart card

    Hi all

    I use this code to generate public and private keys within the smart card.

    KeyPair kp = new pair of keys (KeyPair.ALG_RSA_CRT, KeyBuilder.LENGTH_RSA_512);
    kp.genKeyPair ();
    PrivateKey prikey = kp.getPrivate ();
    PublicKey pubkey = kp.getPublic ();

    This code runs without error.

    I need to obtain the public key of the smart card. So I need to get the public key to a byte array.
    But I can't get these keys in array of bytes of plain text.

    The methods I can get for pubkey object are

    pubkey.clearKey ();
    pubkey. Equals (obj);
    pubkey.getSize ();
    pubkey.getType ();
    pubkey.isInitialized (); only these.

    I use
    Eclipse Version: 3.4.1 (level of agreement of the compiler = 1.4)
    Jcop plugin (to connect with the real map and to test the java code in virtual card provided by JCOP)
    OmniKey5321 (characters without contact) card reader

    What is the reason to get those above methods pubkey object? Is it a version problem?
    How can I get the public key in ordinary byte array? Is this possible?
    If it is not possible, is there a way to get the public key as a certificate of export or something another solution?

    If my script is not a possible strategy, how can I use private public keys to send the applet-specific data? Is there a better way to do it?

    Published by: 863766 on June 6, 2011 12:16 AM
    RSAPublicKey pubkey = kp.getPublic();

    then

    pubkey.getExponent(...); pubkey.getModulus(...);
