So, at least, if I can get hold of the correct version of the Windows DVD - as I paid for the license, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

  as you notice, we have already discussed this issue and the answer is if you want to keep functional okr, don't new volumes.

  beside that, you can use 3rd software to create a new volume windows cause can only create 4 volumes (which you already have 4 volumes - mbr, c, d, hidden-)

  If your drive dies hard, and if you have warranty still valid, no worries. replacement will be free.

  I have not personally tested for use okr with new empty hard disk drives, but I know it won't work. one is to clone hard drives.
