  I'm not sure what you're asking for 100%. You have a Windows Explorer icon on the taskbar? If you drag the "My Documents" folder to the taskbar it going bust in the icon WE.   For FF, since your Flash files are correct, then you have to look at is your Anti-Antivirus/Spyware/Firewall

  or add on (for IE) or the plug-in/extension/add on FF. something is in conflict and at this stage, it is hard to say anything.
