  Hi all
  Having problems for local users, connection to a file and print server in one of my satellite offices.
  When my t1 connection is disrupted (problem of local carrier) my users when the connection is down to connect to the file room and print and always have access to their files and the local printer.
  The domain controller is off site in my main office.
  Environment:
  All local desktop clients are windows machines 7.
  Printing and local file is a windows 2003 server.
  DC is window 2008
  Note that we recently changed all 2003 to all domain controllers the PDC 2008, suspect that it may cause the problem, but just cannot know where it track.
  Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

  If I need to return everybody whose name starts with an "M", I can just wrap the hierarchical query in another SELECTION and apply a condition. Then what I get is:

  However, what I really need, is the following:

  In other words, I need not only the lines that meet the condition, but also all their parents at the root.

  Hey guys,.

  Has anyone ever met a good script to do this? I'm under ESXI 5.0 (Free) and have a virtual machine that I use as a laboratory environment. I'm trying to see if we can make a script that will allow a virtual computer to herself instant during certain periods the snapshot back to the copy of 'Gold' during a certain day - make sure also I have a clean copy of the OS before starting to break.

  I guess I can write something in CLI power but was not sure if a script can be written to achieve this until I started to dig deeper into it.

• How to properly identify and measure the size of menus

  I have a project that, to build, says he uses less than 4. 7 g.  For this reason I started a build and after hours of treatment, he said there was not enough space even if still showed that 4,011 G was used and more than 600 M was still available before construction.  Looks like it should not generate, if it will not work.

  All of my menus are static and link to video clips.  My biggest clip is approximately 511M 265 M audio and video.  This one is already converted to MPEG-2.  I have less than 4.7 G of content to burn the DVD and seem to have a lot of reserve according to the disc of the Build menu news.

  My next question is a file still says is in use, but it's not.  It could add to the size of my switchboard, but nothing is related to it and no chapters seem to be in use with it.  It should be an orphan, but not yet in service.  Yet once, should not be a logical way to identify this link?  Management of a dependency that cannot be found is a nightmare.  None of the menus or a calendar to provide any idea on the clip of mystery which cannot be deleted.  I read a thread that said they had a similar problem, but the building forced the anomaly on.  Has not worked for me.

  Then finally, the adjusted time and/or chapter has no proposed corrective measures.  It wasn't there before the generation then why is he here now?  Is it because of transcoding?  I don't see any obvious changes to the timeline, then where is the problem and how someone should fix it?

  Should not be a glossary of error codes somewhere at least a few basic explanations?

  Looks like a very clumsy application, but when integrated with the rest of the Adobe Suite powerful... If I can ever get a build to complete.

  So as to not waste any time I am assuming that the transcoding adjusted the timeline/chapters and I was able to solve a problem by adding in a late chapter point.  Last question, however, is the size of the menu.

  I hope this will be a great post for anyone who is facing a similar problem.  I probably need to sleep on it, but when we told through animated menus it dawned on me that the movement includes sound.  I wasn't using video for menus, but I had a couple of menus pointing to video files that he used for audio.  It does appear to me that he would push the limits of space.

  Once I replaced it with another audio file, the problem disappeared.  Now I see what they mean by the size of the menu as one of the mov files was big enough.  So what I am linking to was not the issue, it was the ability of the menu in terms of total audio and associated video.  Not knowing what's under the covers still makes it difficult to understand what he is actually doing with assets.

  In the future, it will be the first place I look.  It is also the reason why the video resource would be not so delete this problem resolved itself...

  Hi, I'm a pretty experienced Labview programmer, and I've always wondered if there is a way to quickly search for pictures on several items that meet the selection criteria, equivalent to the Matlab find command.  While my inability to do in Labview has always annoyed me, I now have an application that requires this capability and I need to find a solution.

  Is the fastest way I've found to do this in labview to perform comparisons on the data vectors, then use the Boolean value that results from vector to analyze the table using a loop and shift registers.  I enclose an extract vi a analysis comparative vi to one of the simple searches that I need to do.  On my laptop, this research takes about 600 ms.  In comparison, the equivalent in Matlab:

  newArray=oldArray(find(oldArray(:,4)./oldArray(:,2)>1.5),;

  runs in about 1.2ms.  So, the way I am doing this in Labview is only 400 times slower

  Needless to say, I need to make these types of research many times, and these additional 599 ms start to add up pretty quickly!

  the slow part is probably "build group" of the node in the loop.

  Try this:

  Define an array the same size as the input data (or simply uses a copy of it) and the wire that to the shift register. Keep a counter of lines found in the loop. Use IndexArray and ReplaceArraySubset for the loop to move rows found at the beginning of the table (overwrite the 'bad' lines). After the loop simply ReshapeArray the number of found lines...

• How to uninstall PSE7 and return to the organiser of PSE5 before installing PSE8

  I have a 64 bit Vista system and currently PSE5 abd than PSE7 installed.  When I installed PSE7, I converted the organizing PSE5 catalogues, but decided I didn't like some aspects of PSE7 and revenue using PSE5.  Thus, PSE5 catalogs are updated and PSE7 catalogs are not up-to-date.  I now want to install PSE8 but want to be sure that it 'Grab' and converts PSE5 organizing catalogs, not obsolete PSE7 catalogs.  Can someone tell me the best way to try out it?  Should I uninstall PSE7 and then install PSE8 didn't so there PSE5 catalogs available to convert in PSE8?  I don't know yet where Vista puts the catalogs.  Everything seems to be different with a 64 bit system.  Any help would be appreciated.

  You must remove the PSE7 catalog file, i.e. *.pse7db. You can search by using Windows Search, or go in PSE7 and find its location under Help-> System Info. PSE7 uninstall does not remove this file, so it is not a necessary step here.

• How can I unintstall Firefox 7 and return to 6?

  I downloaded Firefox 7 because it says to upgrade. Well and good, but now my Norton Security Safe (Norton Toolbar) that has all of my passwords is more work. How can I get that back? It is not at all and I have to manually check to all the Favorites. Pure pain. If there is no solution how to uninstall 7 and return to 6? I'm not a geek so please just do it.

  You must have Firefox 7.0 before making the Norton Live Update or you will not get the necessary updates for Firefox 7.0. I'm not sure what Norton recommends now, but when Firefox 5.0 and 6.0 have been released and users of Norton to update Norton before they installed the updated version Norton IIRC said to reinstall all of the Norton Security program after the new update of Firefox has been installed to solve problems related to their application.

  If you are serious about getting rid of Norton, take a look at Avira Personal free - there is no need to install any type of Firefox Add-on which IMO is what causes all these problems during updates of Firefox.

  I recently installed Microsoft updates on my domain controller, but now it does not start up correctly even with the last good known it just sits for hours with a blue login screen but it never really ends logon.

  Before I did the update I took a snapshot of the server, I would go back to the snapshot server, I him, y at - it implications while returning from a domain controller to a snapshot?

  Snapshots for Windows domain controllers prior to the 2012 version are definitely a no-go. With the 2012 version MS adding feature to detect this. However, I myself, have not yet tried...

  In case it's the only ms in your area, it may (no guarantees) work it back to the snapshot. With the other domain controllers in the domain of the way forward would be either a fresh install / promotion or using an AD of an another DC backup and restore it on the domain controller after that go back to the snapshot and start immediately to restored AD mode.

  Hi all

  It seems that one of our virtual domain controllers works as a snapshot since November 2009. I wonder how better is there to take to solve this.

  First of all, a few details:

  -We miss ESX3.5 U4 in a cluster of Server-3 (business license)

  -The "instant DC" is a Win2k3 Standard 32-bit machine

  -We have 1 other virtual DC on the network (also hosted in the cluster), and 1 physical DC/Exchange server

  -Roles FSMO transferred yesterday from "SnapShot DC" to another virtual domain controller

  -DC 'Snapshot' is our DHCP, the primary DNS (physical DC/trading machine is our auxiliary DNS server) and file server / printing, as well as a catalog server Global (are therefore 2 other domain controllers)

  -"SnapShot DC" was P2V would last summer. The person who made the conversion did not take into account any special considerations for P2Ving a controller of domain, so we found ourselves in a State of a USN restoration that we had to get Microsoft to resolve in February of this year

  I've attached a screen-cap of the folder of the server data store.

  Can you recommend the best way to solve this problem?

  Before installing 4.0.1 I could right click on the Firefox icon in the task bar of my computer and press on the window. He would then give me the option to "save the tabs and exit" or "close all tabs".

  It was convenient to be able to close Firefox and open it with all the tabs in place.   Firefox stores now always the old session, and you can access it by going to the history menu and selecting "restore previous Session."
