I'm on XP.  I accidentally deleted a distribution list in the Outlook address book.  Can I restore it?

    Open a window of writing.
    Press the alt key to make the call of menu bar.

    Cannot restore to an earlier date when I did not / had no problems.     1. If you use Norton (Etc), disable it before using System Restore. info at the link above.

    2. try SR in safe mode:

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.
