  If your v23 application includes in-app purchases - slips at retail or subscription - you must rebuild your app for either v24 to v25, then send it back to Apple. You only need to republish folios.

  You can test to see if this bug affects your application by turning on airplane Mode and opening up your application. If it crashes, you need to update and resubmit.

  I came to the conclusion that an update was my best option.  It took a long time to clear enough space on my drive but, finally, managed to do run.

  Now, it seems that OneDrive is the only app that crashes.  Not too bad.
