HP 15-d020ek Mode fixed!
Hello!
I have a simple question. Is the "HP 15-d020ek" the option in the Bios to choose between 'Dynamic' & 'Fixed' mode for graphics switchable (I think he has Intel HD 4000 and Nvidia 820 M)
I really need to be sure about this before buying the laptop, because I need especially for the games.

To answer your question directly, not the "Dynamic" vs "Ch" configuration is not controlled at the BIOS level. The switchable NVIDIA Graphics implementation is controlled entirely by the software.
That is provided by NVIDIA Optimus technology is an option that you can take a look. I have included the link 'NVIDIA OPTIMUS'.

Hello!
I recently bought this laptop apart from my friend and is struggling with this for a few weeks now.
I was on the forum every day for a few hours without result.
so, my laptop is HP Pavilion 1313sh g6 with Win7. I have the latest version of the bios, so I could put my gpu bios mode set instead of dynamic.
Here's the problem... When my setting was dynamic, I got the "switchable graphics" option and I could put the preset by application. as many people pointed out, it really does not work, so I went back to fix.
This option is now missing. so I tried in CCC, following this: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03048374 in the fixed bit.
It is, I have no change option... I only get the graphics card AMD Radeon Dual 'activate' or disable... but not the button to switch permanently to the highest performance card... checked in CCC, it recognize my 2 cards under hardware (1st HD6520G 2nd is Hd7400M).
I start to tear up the rest of my hair. Please can someone tell me what I miss? as said, the most recent drivers from the site is all settled.

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion g6-1313sh Notebook and issues with graphics switchable. You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop.
When running a system restore note remove all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.
If this does not resolve the problem would be to uninstall the graphics drivers listed in your device manager. Reboot the laptop and it must be reinstalled the proper drivers. Yours is the AMD Radeon HD 6520 + 7450 Mr. here are your drivers if you need.

Restart in safe mode fixes my problems. How to diagnose the source of the problem?

How to keep the tables in mode fixed?
Don't know about you but I'm not used to the fact that available in many 3.5.3. moves horizontally and vertically. It distracts me a lot, especially with the touchpad on my Macbook Pro. Is there a way to get rid of this automatic void of white on the sides and bottom. If the table is small, there is no need to make "wobbly", don't you think?

I think that what you are wanting to do is to reduce the size of the painting that arrays of numbers are sitting on.
As I know there is no way to do. You can drag the table upwards and to the left, but do not stop when the yellow guides appear or hide you the first lines/colomns and be unable to view/edit the.
I found this problem bothers me is no longer on the Mac-I set my scroll automatically.

As I pointed out in thread http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/941128 I found the editor and organizer for PES 10 crash in basic multi environment, I'm WIndows 64 bit, latest updates (including sp1), I had the same problems with Windows 7 32-bit.
Workaround is to set the affinity to a single processor. From the Task Manager, select the "processes" tab, find the exe (for example PhotoshopElementsOrganizer), right click, select "set affinity...". "and reduce the number of CPUS selected (checked) for a single. (Under different versions of Windows specific means vary, but the basic steps are the same). It doesn't matter what cpu choose you, but if you are the editor and organizer, put it on different processors.
Pretty much everything these days being multi-core material, my hypothesis is that Adobe test in a virtualized environment and therefore do not discover this type of unreliabillity. Adobe really need to test their software further exactly the same problem exists in PSE 6, is hardly new to them.
The solution is in what precedes.
If Adobe read this, they should take note that a virtualized environment does not provide a decent systems CPU multi-core fidelity emulation. The ONLY way to test the reliability of an application is on REAL hardware.

Switchable Graphics - mode for Pavilion m6-1009TX fixed?
I just bought a Pavilion m6-1009TX who has switchable graphics (Radeon HD 7760 m). Is there a fixed mode? I've updated the BIOS but does not appear.
I also have a Pavilion dv6 (w / a Radeon HD 6770 m) that I managed to put in mode fixed (flashed BIOS)
I hope / expect M6 would be the same

I called Lexmark printer wouldn't align and they consulted my comp. and then said nothing was wrong with is access to my comp. foreign companies and wanted to charge me $790.00 to solve the problem through Microsoft. I refused to do. Well the guy disconnected from my computer and now I have this thing 'safe mode' on the computer and in very large print. I went and tried to fix it and he can't find anywhere. I want to uninstall, but it cannot find in files. Can someone help me?

This could be related to hardware graphic acceleration, a feature that improves, but still has some problems.
You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).
Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > advanced
In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

Security is set to "remember passwords" and privacy settings does NOT erase passwords. It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.
Rename signons3.txt and signons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.
You can add .old files (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) names or move them to another folder to make it possible to cancel the action.
You must define a new master password after renaming or removing the signons3.txt and all the currently saved passwords are lost.
If that worked, then you can delete the renamed files that are no longer needed.

I bought my laptop around August 2012. A week ago I updated my computer laptop Windows 10 x 64 to Windows 7 x 64 operating system. Then I did a clean install of Windows.
I got almost all the driver through Windows Update software. However, the driver for my graphics (Intel HD 3000 + AMD Radeon HD M 7450), I received is defective.
In Device Manager, the AMD graphics card is referred to as "AMD Radeon HD 7000 series" instead of "AMD Radeon HD M 7450" (the way he recalled on Windows 7).
On the site Web of the product on hp.com, where I used to see a large list of all downloadable drivers, specially designed for this computer, HP only pasted a label reading "Windows 10 drivers can be downloaded via Windows Update."
Running in graphical mode fixed, AMD is shown with a yellow exclamation point in Device Manager (I tried to update, but it says I have the latest version). I can't disable the Intel card, otherwise I'm stuck with a resolution of 800 x 600.
In dynamic mode (the one I'm used to working on), I used to set which application uses what GPU via the Catalyst Control Center. However, now when I do that, if an application is set to run under AMD GPU, it never starts. (It will allocate about 30 MB in RAM - visible via the Task Manager - but will not open the main window). If I change the GPU to Intel, the slopes of the app, but under limited return capabilities.
I use extensively chart AMD. Not being is not able to use it causes problems of great productivity for me. Are there possible solutions for me, not to mention that roll back to Windows 7?

You can try to download graphics drivers for Windows 7/8. If you're still having problems, then you can opt to go back to a previous generation option, in your system settings:
HP Notebook PC - upgrade to Windows 10
Once you return to your original operating system, check to see if you encounter the same problem. If this isn't the case, then you can consider holding off on upgrading Windows 10 until the drivers can be updated.

Satellite Pro M70: the screen is blank after plugging AC adapter
When the low battery alert lights and I plug in the power adapter, quite often, the screen turns white and the keyboard does not work. The only option I have is to turn off and turn back on it.
Does anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a solution for this?

Please, try to disable powerplay in the properties of the graphics card and do not set the CPU at low speed in Toshiba Power Saver mode fixed.

Satellite Pro M70 usually power up when the AC
Hello
I bought my dad a Satellite Pro M70 for his birthday and it was used for about 3 months. All of a sudden without any reason that it not power up if it is not connected to the AC. The battery registers itself as 100% charged.
When on AC, everything is fine no problem.
But when it is not plugged into the AC, it lights. When put under tension however you can unplug the AC and it will all work very well again.
Any ideas?
Should I try a BIOS update? or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Cannot display Flash objects in Google Reader

This is a weird question, I've been struggling with, since a few days - Flash objects do not seem to load in Google reader.
If I open the original page, they charge however.So I tried these:
- Tried to reinstall the plugin Flash - did not work
- I started Firefox in safe mode - fixed! -I could see all the Flash objects
- I disabled all my extensions - does not solve the problem
- I have reset Firefox for the default settings for the user - not the problem
- Tried to make a new profile - does not work either
What's another safe mode do really? What Miss me? Any ideas?

In Firefox 4 questions Troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode disables extensions and disables hardware acceleration.
Turn off hardware acceleration:
- Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

I recommend trying to start Firefox questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem exists also when started like that. If Safe Mode fixes it, switch your modules one by one to see which causes.
