HP 15-f337wm (touch): assistance to recovery hp 15-f337wm (touch) or nuisance?

Bought this laptop about 2 months of Wal-Mart. $210 sounded just to its specifications.

I had decided to try to install OS Parrot with my 1064 bit OEM of Windows as my first home.

From there, I had nothing but trouble. I had to disable the secure startup to work around the * beep * Section Boot secured UFI, which wasn't really a problem until I accidentally formatted my entire disk lost my restore partition so my OEM.

Now that I tried to order a USB recovery via HP, our wonderful company and they tell me that the order has been canceled. OK, of course, so why is my declaration say otherwise? I have attached a screenshot, private data has been removed or blurred to prevent identity theft.

I called HP several times that having my forwarded calls to almost all departments, they have all say that the charge was dismissed, but communicating with the H & R Block Bank, money was actually deducted. I want to just fix my computer laptop guy CIHI. I am normally not complain that I finally had Windows 10 back after having solved my problem of partition and improved my RAM.

So a lil help, is all I ask you, and oh yes, wheres my * beep * money HP!

Once again, we don't work for HP and do not have access to any form of transaction, contact, etc., that you had with HP. I was letting you know this, then you are aware that you really need to use the official HP channels to solve your problem. However, as you do not use the official methods to contact HP about your problem, I will ask if the HP forum administrators can increase your concern. Still, I can't make a promise that something will come of my application.

    I know it is old enough, but until now, it was just good enough for my use.
    In any case, after I did a restore of the Windows Vista operating system came with my computer, I got a notification of one of the tools of Toshiba that an updated BIOS is available for my computer.

    My question is, what is the recovery procedure in my situation? I tried to look for potential assistance on the Internet and I found a few forum or articles messages indicating that there is some recovery for the different BIOS procedures, but what is the procedure for my BIOS? The only thing I found the 'work' was that if I press the power button now the keys Fn + Esc, computer laptop powers on with power button / stop flashes. But how to force recovery BIOS flashing procedure?

    It's really stupid situation now. You will not be able to fix it with a simple recovery operation. BIOS is broken.
    In the past I have faced no such situation but on this forum I found a very interesting thread on BIOS recovery. Please take some time and visit this thread.

    I put also t know why this happens, but have you tried to insert the recovery disk? If not try this and check what is happening.

    In the worst case and the disk HARD recovery doesn't work, just use the Toshiba recovery disc. It can restore factory settings too but it erases the disk HARD whole for backup all files before you do this.

    If you created the recovery disc before you can restore the operating system. In case you haven't created one you can call the HP technical support & order the recovery disk.

On my recovery disk D:\ there is a preload folder that contains a file named base.wim (size 10 GB). If this folder contains the system image, delete this folder now?     As you created your set of recovery disks - (these will be no only reinstall the OS, but recreate the recovery Partition as well)-you can completely remove the recovery Partition.  If you open the folder Recovery Manager (in all programs) there is usually the opportunity to do, or you can also use Windows disk management.

    I was provided with drivers to show you what is available for you and your laptop apart from Windows XP as Windows XP is no longer supported and drivers are not available. I have also provided drivers for Windows 7 on your laptop to HP 1000-1b10AU page because I wanted you to have access to updated drivers.
