• Pavilion office 510-a010 can't get 5.1 sound if HP spec says that it is included

  The HP Web site argues that the 510-a010 audio to 5.1 channels.  I have a logitech z506 system correctly connected to the 3 terminals in the rear panel.  All I can get is stereo.  I think I need to reconfigure the rear panel Sockets, but don't know how.

  Have tried several drivers - current version is 6.0.1.7673, but all the drivers on the HP site with the same problem.

  Hi, I bought a 510 touchsmart and the HP touchsmart software plays up. The icor-small scroll bar is hidden to the bottom of my screen. I don't see that a cm of the upper part of it. I can touch a few icons and drag them into the top bar, but I can't see the small icons or customize it and close the buttons at the bottom of the screen.   You may be able to remove it as follows.

  Judgment of the notebookand disconnect the adapter.

  Remove the rtc battery - see Page 57 of your Service and maintenance Guide. -Press and hold the power for 30 seconds, then leave the machine for a few hours.

  Reinsert the rtc battery and re - assemble.

  Note:  If "Strict security" has been previously enabled in the bios menu, then the foregoing definetely will not work.

  I have an XP machine alongside and with no problems or wireless, both machines are running the same norton firewall.

  I tried everything I can think but do not know if it is a framework for Win 7 or fault or a hardware problem with point of access or Toshiba.

  To be honest, I've never heard of upnp sharing but to use special ports, allow the latter in your router configuration and firewall software (Norton).
  Check it!

  In addition, I would recommend updating the firmware on your router and install the last driver WLAN.
  Also check the network on Windows 7 configuration!

• Designjet 510: Designjet 510 starts printing, then everything stops and "blocks" no error messages...

  My normally reliable Designjet 510 suddenly started having problems printing: it starts to print my drawings, no problem, but it suddenly stops and just print head 'crashes' and no longer print.  He sometimes starts from the beginning of printing, he sometimes almost at the end of the drawing before it stops, but he can't seem to finish the print job.  The printer does not display an error message, it still shows that it is printing, but no matter how long I leave, it will not at the end of a drawing.   I'm on Microsoft Windows 10 - there was a hiccup when I upgraded Windows, but after reinstalling the printer driver, it seems to work again no problem.  I'm tearing my hair out (and lose large amounts of paper) trying to get anything to print!  Pointers would be welcome.
