  • IPad recognizes the printer but stopped printing

Hi all. My first post here so if I did not post correctly please let me know. I have a Photosmart Premium C310 and until yesterday it worked fine. I have had no problem my laptop as well as my ipad time wireless printing. All of a sudden yesterday after 6 monmths to run flawlessly suddenly neither device would print. I just tried and eventually uninstalled the printer and reinstalled. It works fine now for the laptoip however the investigation period [ad do not print. The ipad recognizes, however, that the printer simply prints nothing. Of course I tried all different veriations to unplug the printer, router, ipad etc and no results. One thing I noticed is that the ip address of printers is 1 digit differs from the ip address it says that the ipad is connected to. Do not know if it matters but I thought it might be relivant to the problem

Well, I checked the impression that and he said: I had 8 opending jobs but when I pulled them up to remove them he showed zero here to clear. In the end I just did a reset on the ipad, and when I started it back it now works fine again

  • MS200 HP all in one computer - replace the CMOS battery

    Hello

Can anyone help with this please?

Need to replace the battery CMOS but can't finy all information on how to access it.

Can find information on how to access hard drive, memory, and how to remove the stand, but nothing on how to access the CMOS battery / motherboard. The rear panel does not seem to have clear access points to remove it.

    Thanks for your help!

For the benefit of anyone with a similar problem, figured out how to remove the envelope which was really very simple (is always when you know how).

To remove the Panel, you must first remove the stand. From there on, remove the cover on the back that conceals the hard drive. Remove the screws that hold the hard drive and a DVD burner in place.

Slide the DVD drive, and then you can gently push the lid with a knife butter blunt or similar to push the housing into the slot of the dvd player . Once it begins to pull him out just gently work your way around the edge.

Once the case is off, the CMOS battery is fairly easy to find.

  • Computer recognizes the detonators but neither WMP, Winamp or Media Monkey Duke he or syncs

I am at a loss here. I recently reinstalled Windows XP Home and I had previously had no problem with the help of WMP or Winamp or Meida monkey with my rocket, but for some reason any any of my media programs will even recognize the "rocket" is connected, even if it shows as connected in Windows Explorer, and I can drag and drop files to and from it without problem. When I plug the "rocket", I wonder if I want to display files, sync with WMP, sync with Media Monkey, etc. Even if I chose one of the options to sync, I am told by programs that they cannot find a device.

I've updated the driver on the computer, update to the latest firmware on the "rocket", I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Other devices work on the same USB port?  A flash drive for example?

Uninstall the USB ports, restarted (they will reinstall) and try to connect the "rocket" - MSC mode, try first (for the hell of do it a reset on the "rocket" first if you wish).  Tell us what is happening.

Is it a 'normal' XP installs home or one that has been tinkered with? Sometimes, when they remove XP items it can affect something else.

  • Officejet 6310 all-in-One fainted during the printing and copying

I have an Officejet 6310 all-in-one.  I have Windows Vista.  Yesterday, I replaced the black cartridge with HP98.  Now when I make copies or print a document, print the page gets more light and more light, about 1/3 to 1/2 through the page and very light down by a horizontal white line through the text.  I cleaned the cartridge with a damp cloth, I ran the command of cartridges clean but also align the cartridges.  I turned off the printer and unplugged and restarted again.  When I run a self-test page, especially the black line went up to 2/3 of the way, then it is empty at the top and gets darker, then the last 1/3 is fine.  The test pattern shows a few holes in the grid to black.

I just checked the cushion under the black ink cartridge and it is saturated with ink.  I don't know that is where the problem originated.  I would be very grateful of any advice to solve this problem.

    Thank you.

Is it a HP cartridge or a charging/reman?  It seems to be a faulty cartridge.  If it is an original HP, then check the warranty of the cartridge as shown here.

It is unlikely that the ink that you see in the field of the service station is the issue.  The ink that you see is the result of the normal maintenance routine that the printer uses to keep the printheads from clogging.  It is normal that there is ink in this area.

  • Confirmation page when faxing directly from the printer, but not when fax from a computer in network

I have an Officejet Pro 8600 more network (using the wireless) all-in-One.

If I fax directly from the printer (using scanning and fax), I receive a confirmation page.

When I fax from my computer in a network (using the 'Fax - Hp Officejet Pro 8600 (network)' pilot), the status display shows 'composition', 'connection' and 'send '. However, no confirmation page is printed.

How can I set up the printer to publish one page of confirmation if the fax printer OR my computer using the wireless connection?

Thanks for your help and your time.

    Planckster

    Hi Planckster,

A report by Fax of Confirmation is an available option when sending the device itself.

When sending a fax from your PC, you can find the most recent history of fax by opening the HP software.

Click on manage the Fax setting, and click Fax history.
The screen list a report on the recent work of fax, a printed report is not an option for this task, however.

  • Vista recognizes the printer but does not load the drivers - error 0x000003eb

Have even tried to load drivers generic, just to see if it works, no chance.  I have on other computers with XP Pro on them and they picked it up, drivers loaded and works very well, but Vista is a different game. Tried plugging USB and gives the same error. Add a printer recognizes it, but it does not load the drivers. I can type the IP address of the printer and use a little from there prints 3 pages of a point, two pages are all kinds of different characters, it waste paper.

Microsoft has looked everywhere and they want me to pay for OS problems out there and I'm not a fact. Program there is the problem that they should back is no Vista how the wrong subject.

Looks like you can have the wrong drivers or not everything you need (drivers, firmware and software) or you do not have the installation in the right order (some require that the printer is connected and on, others require it only and power off, and other required he be attached and powered at a point issue).  I suggest you go to the Xerox support page for your printerhttp://www.office.xerox.com/printers/color-printers/phaser-6250/sprt-enus.html and download everything you need for your printer and your version of Vista.  Then read the articles about how install and configure the printer (unlike many other devices, printers are not intuitive and are picky about the way in which they are installed and will not work if not done according to the instructions). If necessary, that it includes a toll-free technical support number where they may be able to guide you through the process, or at least make sure that you understand the conditions, steps and the order of the steps to do it right yourself.

I checked on the error and this can mean many things for a great many printers - but I could not find any reference to your specific printer to help us.  It is said that it was a mistake than if you have enabled and UAC if off and then back on it would solve the problem - but that sounds not just for me.  You really need to discuss this with HP and I don't know that they will have you place and operate at any time.  I don't believe technical support is costly (there is no mention of this at all) - but if the fact of telephone support, information on the website is free and they have other means of contact which are free (but are not as effective as a telephone conversation).  If you do the research and read relevant articles, I am sure that you can do.  No, Vista makes it as easy as XP, but it can still be done.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

    Hey @AnnieCTX,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I would like to help you today to solve the problem that you experience when you try to scan wireless since your color HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw MFP to your computer Windows 8.1. There are a few different things that can cause conflicts sweeping. There may be one occurring problem of connectivity, software, or between your computer and your printer driver. Therefore, when first troubleshooting I have to run the HP print and scan of the doctor tool. This tool will help us identify the problem and fix this scan. Can I please you follow the steps below.

Can I have it please click here to download and run the HP print and scan of the doctor tool. This tool will run on your computer and 'set scan' questions for you. If connection, software or driver conflicts turns out that the HP print and scan of the doctor tool will attempt to resolve these conflicts for you. Once the tool has completed please test scan using the HP scanning software to confirm if the problem is resolved.

The issue of digitisation should persist, can you please clarify exactly what happens when you try to scan via the HP scanning software (error message, nothing opens, etc.)?

Please reply to this message with the result of your troubleshooting. I can't wait to hear strings attached good luck!
