  I have a HP8620 printer that leads me in the corners.

  I have a question about printing, the print cancellation and popup alerts in the taskbar on the print job.

  So, there were already a few documents waiting to be printed online (and print them) when I clicked on my document to print.

  But before my document to print, I decided to cancel it. I deleted my document from the list.

  I'd be happy to help you! I understand your description that you can not print test pages or documents but that the print and Scan doctor said that everything is fine.

  Although I don't know what the cause of printers to failure, I suspect that if restart us the spooler, remove the driver and re - add the printer that we may be able to correct the problem. Follow the instructions below to perform these tasks.

  Restart the print spooler

  Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the Run dialog box

  • Type services.msc and press enter
  • Locate the print spooler and double-click it to open the spooler properties
  • Make sure you that Startup type is set to automatic, if not please click the menu down and select automatic
  • Under Service status, please stop the server, wait a moment, and then click Start

  Remove the printer from the server to the printer properties

  1. open the folder "devices and printers".

  2. choose "print server properties.

  • Win XP - with no printer selected, click 'File' then 'server properties '.
  • Windows Vista - with no printer selected, press 'Alt' and then click 'file' then 'server properties '.
  • Windows 7/8 and 8.1 - Select any printer in the "Devices and printers" folder and click on "Print server properties" above.

  3. click on the "Drivers" tab at the top of the window "properties of the print server.

  4. choose the printer that you want to uninstall, and then click 'remove '.

  5. choose "Remove driver only.

  6. the next screen will give a warning, letting you know that the removal of the driver package will remove it from the system. Click 'Yes' to say are you sure you want to do.

  If you get an error "in use", restart the computer and the printer, and then follow the steps again.

  Re-add a printer

  Open start > all programs > HP folder > folder printer > HP Setup and the software if you do not see the installer and the software, but you see the printer icon, double-click the printer icon to start the installation and the software.

  I have a problem on a HP 3050 printer all-in-one that is just a year old.  The printer is not used for several months and it was working properly before.  I tried to print a page and had missing horizontal print, I tried to clean the print heads and it did not help.  I replaced the cartridges with new ones and noticed that the ink levels showed that had the old cartridges.  Black was half full and the color was full.  It wasn't new purchased in-store cartridges refills.

  I tried to force an alignment page on the maintenance of the printer screen and this failed repeatedly, undetected alignment page.  I did some research and even tried to clean links them / connectors than cartridges fits.  Looks like that leaving the cartridges for several months in the printer was bad and that I'll need to ge a new printer.

• Photosmart C4780 - prints extra page even after update HP driver

  With the Mavericks (OS X 10.9.4) installed, I noticed that completed print jobs remain in the queue for my HP Photosmart C4780 Safari printing and preview.  If I want to print another (another page), I usually have to remove the previous work (100% full) of the queue so that the printer will print (I think remember that sometimes, with a Google Chrome browser, it is not necessary).  If I close the lid of my MacBook Pro (which goes to sleep) with a completed print job stays in queue HP, it will be then print again for a second time.

  Today, I installed the updated driver, but the problem has not disappeared when I tried to print from Safari and overview.

• I can't delete causes an add-on, even after a repair.

  I had some difficulty to remove an add-on that I did not install in the first place. It is called "Plus-HD - 1.2 0.93.199" and claims to be an extension that automatically assigns YouTube HD videos. He doesn't do this and rather wait in stasis for a while and then turns into green links to who - knows where of the couplings random words (I didn't click on any to better prevent other problems). I figured out it was this add-on, including by noting that I have ever installed, combined with the fact the links green stopped after I disabled it.

  I tried all the troubleshooting steps listed in the main sections dealing with unwanted modules, compensation and using my antivirus browser cleaning and filling a restoration of the system to the most distant point possible. The only thing I have to do is to reset my Firefox browser to the original settings. No matter what I do, the add-on allows to bypass the blocking of unwanted modules, reinstalls itself and goes on after each stop. I know that I wasn't the one to install it, because if I want a video of YouTube in HD, I put it to the HD myself.

  Please, what should I do to get rid of this? Is this a problem for someone else?

• Recurrent BSODS even after the repair facility. Hardware failure? Driver conflict? Help, please!

  I was troubleshooting my BSOD for about a week and I need help.

  Here's where I am. I cleaned the chassis and reinstall all components. Then I ran memtest for 8 passes without error. Then I got Majorgeeks through my dieting rigorous anti-malware. And there is no malware on the computer.  I could not find any obvious driver conflict. So I ran SFC/scannow and it found some errors, he couldn't fix. So I finally did a repair installation to see if file system cleaning would eliminate blue screens.

  I always get a BSOD.

  Which leaves me with what? A bad GPU? Unknown driver conflict? Bad motherboard?

  Very old driver, I recommend just completely uninstall the software and remove the device (if any).

  If you right-click on the game .exe file, then select Properties > compatibility set the program to run in Windows XP mode.
