  What can I do on the printed photos are coming to soak it with ink. Pictures are blurred, smeared and dark. Ink gets everywhere you fingers. The printer is an all-in-one Photo Smart C-8180. I have installed all new ink cartridges. I used the HP Photo paper only. The print head has been cleaned. If I have a word document to print on paper, it prints ok. The problem is that when I want to print photos. I do not often use this printer. I bought it mainly to print quality photos. It printed fine in the past, but now they are terrible, stained, blurry and dark. Anyone know what the problem might be and if it can be fixed? Appreciate all the help that can be given. • Album photo smart but disorder

  I created a smart photo album which included all of the images from July 1 to July 31, 2016. The pictures are taken by the Iphone 6s and and a Sony DSLR. Given that the time zone of the Iphone has been adjusted, but not for the Sony DSLR images were in the wrong order. In the Iphoto application on mac, I corrected the time of all the pictures taken by Iphone. It worked well. All images now have the correct time stamp but the order is always false. If I sort the photos by date in the album it is still wrong, even if the time stamp is correct. What can I do?

  When I open Windows media center all the photos that are installed on the computer are still there. They do not come and view the HP media smart program. When I go into a space that is to have a picture but it is empty, I can press on "ctrl and enter" button and image and the file opens in windows media center. I'm puzzled.   Welcome to the HP Forums!

  I understand that your HP MediaSmart software does not work properly.

  Try to uninstall then reinstall the MediaSmart Photo software to rebuild libraries from scratch. This should fix the paths of the files corrupt or metadata causing problems.

  You can download it here: HP MediaSmart Photo software. (Assuming you're on Windows 7 yet.)

  Make sure that your photos are not registered in the MediaSmart directory. If they are, move them to a safe place like images or a folder on the desktop.

  Download the installer for HP MediaSmart Photo at the link below and save it to your desktop.

  Once the download is complete, right-click on the Setup program and select "Run as Administrator" - this should first uninstall your current version of the software before installing the new version.  When this is complete, restart the laptop.

  I go through the motions of scanning photo via web server embedded on safari, the scan occurs and the scanned picture appears in the preview image on the browser tool. So far so good.

  I right click to download the image to the computer when you are prompted, the download address is below.

  by pressing the downloads, arrow down on the safari browser, it is said

  Hello.

  First of all make sure that the latest version of the software is installed by following these steps:

  Make sure that the printer is turned on and connected to your Mac or on the same network.

  Click on the Apple icon, then select about this Mac.
  Click software update, and then click the Store from the top of the indicated window menu and click on reload the Page.

  Be sure to install any update HP or Apple, then check for the difference.

  Once installed the latest update, try scanning through Capture of Image or the HP Easy Scan application below:

  What is going on, I would advise against using this cartridge now that it has been soaked in water.
