  I hope I can help to guide you through the addition of e-mail step. First, you will need to have the app open and select the e-mail below.

  

  After you select "add an account" in the form below - you'll see I alreafy have an account Gmail and yahoo added to my e-print application.

• HP photosmart C4700 printing issues

  My HP photosmart C4700 printer has a document stuck in queue which prevents further printing and not appearing is not in the box "which is printing.  Therefore, I can't clear the jammed paper.  Whenever I try to print I get status - doc error 1 printer in the queue prevents further printing.  Any help here please?  I tried to delete the printer and put it back in place and restarted my computer as well.  Thank you!

  Go to the Start Menu, type in Services, and then press ENTER. Scroll down to print spooler, highlight it, and then press the up button stop in the menu bar. Once the message arrives that he be arrested, go ahead and start it again. The document should now be removed from the queue.

• I'm trying to locate an HP Photosmart 7960 printer installation disc. Any ideas how to do?

  I have a HP Photosmart 7960 printer and we have a new computer. We cannot find the installation disc. I called HP and after about 2 hours of 'help' said they cannot support the printer more - it's too old. No download online from HP worked.

  I have TONS of ink for this printer...

  The ink cartridges are 56, 57, 58 and 59. If I can't find an installation disc, it may be interesting to my buying a printer that uses these cartridges. How would you like to know which printers are available that use these cartridges?

• Photosmart C4795 all-in-1 main: all-in-one HP Photosmart C4700 printer unable to establish 2 way communication with the PC

  I have more than one year of experience using this printer with no problems. Several days ago, it has become unplugged from the PC that I have been using it for over a year & stayed like that for 2 or 3 days. At the end of those 2 or 3 days, the cable has been properly reconnected, but was unable to restore '2 - way communication' with my PC since then.

  As this is a scanner/printer I have proven it always of the functions as a photo Copier.

  To try to solve this problem, I updated the drivers & replaced the cable with a new one without success.

  My OS is Windows 7, as this PC 4 or 5 year, is not compatible with windows 10.

  PS - I would also try to use it with my new PC (a Touchsmart laptop HP with Windows 10 15), but my terms of service for the State of Photosmart C4795 printer software which using the software on more than 1 computer is a violation of the terms of service.

  Running the diagnostics to http://www.hp.com/go/tools can help solve the problem of communication with your PC.  Download and run "print and Scan Doctor."

  For your Windows 10 machine I suggest you download the recommended driver and software from HP here.

  I AM TRYING TO PRINT DOCUMENTS ON A NEW COMPUTER. MY OLD PRINTER DOES DOES NOT SHOW IN THE OPTIONS.

  Welcome to the HP support forums. I want to help you.

  Given that the USB connection is not detected, I suggest you try with 1 USB cable more if possible.

  Alternatively, you can try to install the printer using Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps from downstairs.

  • Go to the control panel.
  • Select all Control Panel items.
  • Open devices and printers.
  • At the top of the window, select Add a printer.
  • Select Add a local printer.
  • In choose a Printer Port, select use an existing port.
  • In the drop-down list, select USB001 (virtual printer to USB Port).
  • Select the next button.
  • In the manufacturers section, select HP.
  • In the printers section, search for your printer model and select it.

  Note: The search may take a while, be patient.

  When the search is complete, go back to the HP section and your printer should now appear there. Select it and click the next button.
  
  Your printer appears in the printer name box, click Next again and the printer will be installed.

• Photosmart 6520: Printer Installation Software Suite

  Hello everyone,

  I have 2 HP printer: HP C3180 and HP6520.

  Currently on my laptop, nothing of this printers are configured, because I use to print on the C3180 that is configured on another office in my home Lan (3 pc..) page.

  Now, I'm going to upgrade my laptop for windows 10 and want to configure two printer in this laptop and use the function wirell of the HP 6520.

  The HP 6520 should be the favorite.

  I have download Software Suite from HP in the area of driver HP for the two printer under W10 O.S.:

  -HP C3180 Suite (approx. 260 MB)

  -HP 6520 Suite (about 70 MB..).

  I would like the suite Solution Center...

  Now my question is:

  to avoid the error and sw, what to install and in what order?

  Hello

  A PC can have two USB connection AND installed wireless. However, when you print, you can choose whether it's USB connection or wireless that you print on.

  As to whether the AWC is on the CD or not, it's a big question. It depends on if the 6250 HP came out on the market BEFORE or AFTER Windows 10.

  Therefore, to be sure, better download software feature win 10 FULL of HP.com

  I tried to install a new HP Photosmart C4680 printer and I got an error that says

  Then the details says:

  Open the Services and Applications
  Select Services
  on Windows Installer do a right-click
  Select Properties
  Find the Startup Type
  Select Automatic

  But it's where I have a problem that says that Windows Installer has been marked for deletion. He wouldn't let me start the program. I looked in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.msi and the program wasn't there.

  Then, I am going to microsoft.com - found the msiexec.msi - began to install, but got the error message about DocumentViewer.msi not found.

  Now I am in total lost of what could happen and how to fix. I can't install my new printer and probally not something else. Anyone have any suggestions for me?  Thank you.

• Install HP Photosmart B210 fails (network) - "Printer Installation Failed" error messages

  Hi - I have a HP Pavilion Elite HPE on a home network with a wireless HP Photosmart B210 printer/scanner.  This configuration has worked for > 1.5 years, then about 2 weeks ago, I could not print from any application.  Win7 would post "cannot communicate with the printer.  Here's what I did:

  (1) uninstalled - reinstalled driver SW repeatedly - however, Win7 messages "Failed installation of the printer" at the end of the installation.

  (2) the HP print and scan doctor finds the printer wireless-, but can find no defects or problems. All green checkmarks

  (3) I copied/pasted the address of Web page in IE - in the Home tab's built-in Web server it States "system error - network connection error.

  (4) scanning works fine wirelessly and if I connect the printer via a USB cable - I can print.

  (5) I have a Lenovo and Ipad desktop computer on my network that impressions wireless - so, seems, the issue is with the Elite HPE only and not the router.

  (6) if I'm in Excel and select search for printer - I get the error "domain services active directory are currently unavailable.

  (7) I checked the printer spooler and it is started and set to automatic.

  I want to keep the ability to print wireless, however, if I can't solve this problem, I have to constantly connect via a USB port.  Any suggestions on what is wrong?  Thank you, Rob

  Thanks for the reply.  I ran the "sfc/scannow" command from the line CMD (run as administrator) - completed without finding any breach of integrity.  I reinstalled SW from HP (PSB210_Basic_x64_231.exe) and installed without problem.  I was able to print a test page and a spreadsheet excel via the wireless network.

  It seems that this problem is solved.  Thank you for your help.

  I have a printer hp c4700 I used to print via bluetooth to my laptop to. Recently even after troubleshooting I am unable to print to the printer. I even tried to connect to the printer via the usb port. I need some suggestions on measures to solve this problem.

  The basic idea is to read the User Guide and installation instructions.

  Assuming you have done this, you should at least in part, explain what you have tried, what happened and provide the full text of any error message you received.

  In your explanation, please include any additional material that is at issue, such as a wireless router or a wireless adapter that can be connected to your computer.   As the All - in-One Printer HP Photosmart C4700 seems not supported Bluetooth integrated, you must include a description of any devices you used when "allows you to print to this [printer] via bluetooth.  (If you have another printer, please indicate the full model designation).

Whenever I pull up the "Web Services", it says that my printer needs to be updated... but when I try to update I get the message, "your printer has the latest updates installed. There is no new update at this time. »

• HP Photosmart C4180 printer and HP Solution Center

  Bought new HP 3500 Pro tour MT series to replace the old tower HP Windows XP.  To use the HP Photosmart C4180 printer that I used with the old tower and have available HP solutions Center.   Data has been transferred from the old disk to the new HP Tower.  Then, I downloaded the printer driver and connected using the USB cable.  The printer will now print and scan but I can't find the HP Solution Center software that I used previously during scanning and photo editing.  I do not remember if I made a basic or complete installation install the driver.  If I do a basic installation and is not software for Solution Center, should I uninstall and reinstall the drivers for this function to work?  Would appreciate a step by step help to solve this problem.  Thank you very much.

  It's very strange that you do not see your printer listed in the list of programs (non - it would not be the framework of Solutions from HP Support).  This leads me to believe that your printer is not actually installed.  If that were the case, you should see something like this (note that I have more printers installed as a regular user )

  

  So you do not see your HP Photosmart C4180 listed here, then I would go and try to install the full driver.  The instructions in my previous post would be the same, but since you have Windows 7, it would be the right document to guide you through the steps.

• Photosmart 7520: Printer Wizard does not work on Windows 10

  My PC has recently upgraded Windows 10.  I am now having a problem with the Printer Wizard.

  Previously, I had the status display, the ink levels, scan document, check printer heads, etc.

  Now all I get is a printer configuration screen that has 3 options

  -connect a new printer,

  -convert a USB printer wireless, and

  -Add new software.

  How can I get the correct printer assistant screen to run?

  Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your problem of HP printer Assistant.

  I understand that you use a HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer with a computer who has recently upgraded Windows 10 and now, when you click on the printer icon to open the HP printer Assistant you get the "connect a new printer"window. " I would like to help with that.

  It is not that the HP printer Assistant does not work, but probably the printer probable network needs to be reinstalled.

  I would like to start by uninstalling all software that was installed before the upgrade to Windows 10 relating to printers. Here is a support document which can help needed - uninstalling the software of the printer (Windows).

  If you get prompted to restart the computer when uninstalling, go ahead and do the restart. If this isn't the case, restart the computer after the uninstall is complete.

  Once the computer is ready, try to use the HP printer installation wizard for installation. This tool will find the most recent version of the printer software and installation help.

  I have a laptop HP Mini and I have connected an HP photosmart C4380 printer by plugging the cable from the printer to my computer and follow the instructions to install it.
  The installation went well but when I try to print, there is an error message and the file goes on the line (there is no detail on the error).
  Is it necessary to install a CD of the printer before? If so, I never saw... What can I download it from the HP site and if yes, can you me how...
