  You could, but the last part of your question is not.  iCloud does not work like that where you can store all your photos, then delete them your phone in free disk space.  What you are referring is a third party application like Dropbox, Flickr or Google Photos (my favorite).

  My creative cloud drive was reduced to 2GB after the recent update.
  I have already tried rebooting CC on my Macbook and Windows 7 Desktop, restart the system and check for updates, none of this solves the problem.

  Well in this case I would advice you to Contact Customer Services given that it might be a technical problem with the account and they would fix it for you.

  I use Adobe products religiously since CS2, but the creative cloud storage is a product, that I now have to avoid. The reason is that archives files must be deleted manually... so far today, of that I have spent more than six hours to deleting files because there is no way to select all, then delete all the. All files of the archive must be deleted manually - I can select all on a page, but this becomes very time consuming and frustrating experience.

  Action taken:

  Recommended steps to reproduce:

  1. in a clean (empty) area of creative cloud on the C: drive, create about 7 unique files and decompress a copy of WordPress in each. Then at wp-content/plugins, unzip and add about 15 plugins in every single directory.

  2. let the creative cloud sync with online storage.

  3 remove about 6 folders on the local C: drive.

  4. allow the creative cloud to synchronize.

  5 look at the creative area Cloud Files online and Archive.

  5a. If you want the files have not disappeared from Creative Cloud Files, select all of them and archive them.

  6. open the Archive.

  7. use the checkbox Select all to select all files.

  8. permanently delete them.

  9. once the removal process is completed, refresh the browser.

  It seems that the Archive fills only about 30 files when it is open. It is possible to add additional files by scrolling to the bottom of the page, but that only adds about another 30 files. At the beginning I scrolled down and added about 1 500 files deleted, but this deletion process took the time to complete the server. Then I did scroll down several times and add about 3 600 files to remove, and which took the server even more time to complete. Then I scrolled down enough times to add files a little more 4 600 and repeated the waiting time for the server to complete the removal process.   I don't really know, but I'd be inclined to move to your office first in any case. This will allow a) to protect the files and b) may even solve your current problem.

  I decided to place my Lightroom (and intelligent previews) catalog on my drive of 20 GB creative cloud that I use more than one computer. I usually update of the catalog on my Windows machine. However, when I open the same catalog in Lightroom on my Macbook, a copy of the LRCAT file is automatically created on my disk storage CC. Can someone tell me why this happens? This is beyond frustrating!

  First of all, I would say that creative cloud is not the right place to store the catalogue, as there are problems with permission on the cloud.

  Also you try to launch Lightroom with the catalogue still recorded on creative cloud?

  If so, then try to move the catalog on disk Local once and then launch Lightroom and see if duplicate catalog is created or not?
