HP Color LaserJet M750 printer driver crashes after a few impressions

Hi all

I manage a small office. In all systems (about 20 pieces), I installed the driver (only) for this printer.

all computers are running windows 7 64 bit and all have Office 2013 (64 bit as well).

On a single pc, after a reboot I have will usually have 2 or 3 chances to print a page to the printer in the network until the driver freezes. as well as it application (usually word or excel) will also freeze. Any other attempt to print is now in vain - a reboot is necessary.

I tried to install the printer through the installer of HP, but this does not work as well.

The printer is connected to the network and other computers continue to print normally. Only this pc has this problem.

If the problem occurs only with a computer, it is unlikely that the problem is with the driver or the printer.  In this case, I assume that there is something else in windows that are contradictory.

If it was my computer, the first thing I would do is to remove any old drivers printers and print queues.   However, I recently used a Microsoft utility that performs this task for you - basically it resets the Windows spooler to a "clean" State  Note that it will remove all printer drivers and so if you have a large number of them, you will need to reinstall / rebuild queue.

It's the utility that I use: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2793718 there are two options on this page and I use full mode.

After you run the utility to reset, I could reinstall the driver and see if the problem is resolved.

    CLJ 4600 is not supported on Windows Server 2012. However, you can use HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) for print on CLJ 4600 of Win Server 2012.

    The HP Color Laserjet Pro M252N Featuer software complete is not supported on Windows XP, however you can get the features of the printer using HP PCL 6 Universal Print Driver listed on page 9 of the User Guide, be aware that the Service Pack 3 must be installed on the operating system to use the printer:

    Make a right click my computer and select Properties - locate Service Pack 3 in this form... If Service Pack 3 is not the operating system MUST be updated first:

    As Windows Embedded edition is an edition of the customized version no official support is guaranteed.

    It is a customized operating system version includes only the components of the operating system selected for specific needs.

    Those selected by the OEM computer and not necessarily include any component required by the HP software or hardware.

    Try to install the printer and see if this can work, however it can work as explained and may not only the manufacturer of the computer can respond if such material can be installed on the operating system or not...

    Had the printer listed above for several years and love it.  Have just started having problems with the printer does not print not not in color.  Have a recorded document that needs to be printed every month and have had no problems with it, until yesterday when it is printed in black only.  Another document word also printed in black only.  I printed a test page printed correctly.

    Don't know if there is a definition in the document, or is it a printer problem.  Help!

    Try this test.

    Printed page in after you get the blank page open the access door and see if you can move the carrousel by hand.

    If the carousel will rotate the carousel latch is stuck.

    The lock can be fixed by disassembly of the valve and clean some foam sticky residue deteriorated and its replacement by a thin piece of material. I use stickers very thin markers of a dollar store.

    When you reinstall the printer helps reinstall you by plugging the USB of the computer? Or are you downloading from the HP site? I recommend that you disconnect the printer from your computer by unplugging the USB or disconnect the connection without wire and then go to the HP support for HP Color LaserJet 1600 printer. Find your printer driver and reinstall.

    I see what you mean with the monochrome to print the PCL driver.  The PS driver worked for color and duplex (6.1.7233 driver version) send a HP Color Laserjet 9500.

    Don't forget to print a configuration page of the device and make sure that it detects that the duplex unit is installed.  If it does not appear on the configuration of the device.  Turning the unit off, remove the duplex unit, and reinstall making sure that all connections are properly installed.  Start-up the device, print the configuration page and make sure that it is listed.

    We have a Color Laserjet 4600 printer. For a long time, it has been printing cyan on the back of the documents that are printed.

    Recently, I cleaned the front "roller", which is long and looks like a long piece of rubber/plastic black thick.

    It printed fine for a few leaves, then again blue printing on the back of the paper. The front of the book seems perfect, however.

    I also noticed more cyan toner, which is "stuck" on the front "roller" of the printer.

    The part number of the kit is Q3668-67925. Very easy to replace. You just remove the screw at the top of both sides and just slide the old one out and put the new. You must first remove the top of the foot. If you have a crazy glue container, the people were able just to glue the broken pieces and put back once the glue has hardened.

    I have a Toshiba l755d for a month. Everything works well except firefox, chrome and opera.
    IE8 works. At first I thought it was just firefox because I just test firefox.

    SO I wrote a thread in my own language for firefox forum. Nobody has been able to help me with this problem of accidents. Then I thought to test other browsers that eventually does not work too.

    So finally after update of everything and anything that I decided to reinstall windows so no change atm there is nothing on my hard drive but windows 7 home premium(64bit), pilots, recently extend java, flashplayer, firefox, opera and chrome.

    Short:
    -all browsers except IE8 crashes after a few minutes
    Firefox - forum couldn't help me
    -l' laptop is new
    -everything is updatet to current version

    Any ideas?

    Able to recover the laptop once more you use HD recovery or recovery disks (that you have created in the past hopefully) in order to test the browsers with the Toshiba factory settings?
