HP Color Laserjet CP2025 print: color printing problem

Had the printer listed above for several years and love it.  Have just started having problems with the printer does not print not not in color.  Have a recorded document that needs to be printed every month and have had no problems with it, until yesterday when it is printed in black only.  Another document word also printed in black only.  I printed a test page printed correctly.

Don't know if there is a definition in the document, or is it a printer problem.  Help!

    What web browser you are trying to print from? for example. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome.

    Only, we installed our printer HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476dw yesterday and I noticed once it is published a PCL XL Error report instead of what I was printing.  I don't think that anything from him, but today, it happens almost all the time.  I tried to find possible solutions and stumbled upon everyone says to disable AVG...  We do not use AVG, we use MSE.  Is it a driver problem or else?  Any help would be appreciated.  Nothing more annoying than to try to use a new printer and it is not working properly.

    Using a CP2025 connected via LAN with my Windows7 laptop now for three years.

    Since last month, the printer produced really bad impressions.

    Problem was resolved by calibration 2 times, then switch printer off for 20 seconds, turn it back on and calibration 3 times.

    No printing between the two!  Tip was provided by a HP technician.

    Yesterday, I tried printour with another trainer, and the printer works normally, the impression is great.

    On my faulty formatter Board, I pressed the main processor/chip to the Commission of trainer, and now my defective Panel is still alive. Printing is normal.

    I came to the main conclusion of that chip is not well soldered, I mean over time, the weld joint is lost efficiency.

    Today I have to resolder the chip with hot air station.

    Printer has about 146000 printed pages. I read somewhere that the life of the ITB is 150000 pages. What happens after 150000 pages. Will be the said printer ITB to change or there will be a warning or something else?

  • LaserJet M402dn: Printing problems

    We have this printer on a network of simple workgroup, connected via a network cable and turn it on prints all of the PCs in initial swich of the printer ok.  After a time unaffected when you try to print again sometimes it fails and the only way to print is a switch power off the printer, then all is well for a while, then does it again.

    The first step would be to check the firmware it and if it is not capitalized more than then update.

    The firmware is downloadable from the support page for the machine on hp.com if there is a new version.

    If it still does not wake up so it maybe a trainer problem that would require repair or replacement of the machine.

    Alternatively, you can contact HP technical support directly through the support page for the machine, and if your machine is under warranty, they can solve the problem.

    Hi all would appreciate any help on this problem of pinting. This MFP M127fn uses the HP CF283A cartridge.  Electrical level shows approximately 10% consumption. The problem may be best described by looking at a picture attached, which shows a Word document with two white vertical columns in the Middle - the lines that make up the table should continue in these columns.     When I made the first impression that I have seen that the impression was not good. I took a picture. As you can see there are several lines of ghost on the page.

    I went through all of the steps outlined on the HP website (has not used the CD of the product, plugged in USB, allow to find the Windows Update driver: the last HP Color LaserJect CP2020 Series PCL6 for 64 - bit indicates in the printer server properties) Windows Fix - it says printer is no problem, only one of the four diagnostic tools/wizards that HP actually provides support this printer (1 out of 4... really!) and only one tool that It is very well... when he's not.

    When I send a job to the HP printer, it does nothing. No job/queue printing is created (the queue is empty... always). So far, a terrible experience... not support for Windows 7 in the basic installation, then any support for this printer HP by HP diagnostic tools. A complete skin... I'm about to go back to Amazon to refund and enter the negative feedback to warn everyone who could expect the support of Windows 7 now and certainly support by HP of the diagnostic tools and of the "wizards" for a real product, HP.

    I've tried everything that (before), but I tried again... and not luck. So, I gave up trying with USB and figured out how to use direct Ethernet to my PC. There is no instructions with the printer on it good... seems they are focusing on the use in a LAN environment against a small home/office network. But it works now. Thanks for trying.

  • LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw printing problem with Erorr with "Print queue was not accepted.

    MFP M175nw would not print no matter what MAC or HP labtop... it will show the test without problem page.

    Erorr log shows this:

    I need to know more information about what is happening here to start. It seems that you are experiencing printing problems, but I can't get a lot of information that you presented. All the information show me is that the file could not be accepted by the print job. I'm going to need to know what it is that you print file type and size, the program you are printing the form, if you are still able to print other documents from other programs, how long it lasts and any other relevant information.

    Then, if you use a USB cable, make sure to remove (this is important). Do not plug it in again until the software instructs you.     We have a Laserjet 2605dn HP color printer has intermittent printing problems. Most of the time, the quality of the printed output is very well, but from time to time, the print quality deteriorates completely. After a while, printing then returned back its normal quality.

    The printer is on a network and serves as WIndows XP/7/8/10 and Linux machines as it has throughout his life. He has never had a genuine HP toner cartridges installed. It is not heavily used, we print usually less than 100 pages per week, often less.

    The problem is that out of all the colors and black, gets so bad as to be unreadable. The printed output is so washed out it's (almost) impossible to read anything through the entire page. This can happen for all the pages of an entire document, but often it will print the first part of a multipage fine print job and then the quality deteriorates gradually to illegibility. Subsequent print jobs will also sometimes unreadable, but are also likely to print correctly. There seems to be trigger (that we can determine) this behavior or when it will happen well.

    While the printer was used for a few years, he printed out a little more than 20 000 pages in total. This leads me to think that age should not be a problem. We replaced all the cartridges, tried recalibration, print cleaning pages, all without success. I found a solution for a problem of fading Magenta also requires cleaning the mirrors, but our problem is not that same as - everything fades to nothing in our printer, it is not a case of a single color fade a little, is much more radical than that.

    Suggestions as to how we could solve this problem? Is there additional information that might help diagnose the cause and suggest a fix?

    It looks like I won't get my hands dirty inside this printer after all. The boss decided it would probably be too annoying overall for me (US) to try to fix it. So he decided to buy a new color printer and remove it.

    Rrolley, looks like you have a problem with the print queue of the printer. To start, just to tell you (that you probably think) it is not good to switch off while he's getting a print request.
