HP COLOR PRINT CARTRIDGE DOES NOT WORK ON HP PHOTOSMART C4200 ALL IN ONE PRINTER.

ALIGNMENT FAILED.  I TRIED TO CLEAN THE DRAW? AND I'M ON LEVEL 3 AND HE SAID THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM.  I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

I can certainly understand your frustration.  Unfortunately, I don't think it's likely that the problem can be solved.  Sometimes printing problems can occur unexpectedly.  It would be probably more cost-effective to buy a new printer.

  • HP PSC 1315xi - clean print cartridge does not work, does nothing

    I have a HP PSC 1315xi All in One.  I have just stalled new ink cartridges.  I was able to line up, but I noticed on the impression that black was not feeling right.  I printed a test page by holding the Cancel button and pushing the color copy button to start.  Print out showed that there certainly is a problem with the black cartridge.  So I went in the Toolbox and I clicked to clean cartridges.  I clicked on Clean and nothing happened.  The printer did nothing and he didn't pop up or anything to show, there was a problem.  I waited 5 minutes and still nothing.  I'm on Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  Thank you.

    The application of the Toolbox cannot communicate with the printer. Try the following:

    (1) unplug the PC printer by unplugging the USB cable into the PC end.

    (2) turn off the printer and the PC.

    (3) wait 30 seconds and turn on the printer, then on PC.

    (4) when the PC is starting for office, connect the USB cable.

    Now, open the Toolbox printer and check if the option clean cartridge works.

    If this does not work:

    (1) you are able to check the Toolbox ink levels?

    (2) you see the digital imaging monitor icon in the box at the bottom right of the taskbar on your computer screen?

  • Selector color Photoshop suddenly does not work

    I never had this problem before. I worked on a project in Photoshop, and for some reason, he now works only in shades of gray.     Look at the Document tab at the top. RGB/8 should be the norm.  If you somehow typed 'q' on your keyboard, then it would read

    'Mask quick/8' and the color picker would not choose a color. Press q for back RGB.

    Always check the Document tab, it will clue you into what you have selected. He says "Layer 0, layer mask/8" If you have selected a layer mask.

    Finally you may have selected a color channel and it would read layer 0, blue/8.  Cmd/Ctrl 2 can go back you to RGB.

  • Scanner does not work in a series w/All

    scanner does not work with the Deskjet F4100 series.  My printer disappeared when I tried to print a PDF file.  I had to uninstall/reinstall, but now I don't have access to Solutions HP Digital Imaging Monitor has it always says "no device found" and closes.  I have Window Vista 32. I tried to find the ".exe" file, but the errors say file is not found. The printer works, but the scanner. It shows that I have scanner Xerox Work Center but the profile shows no resolution or file name.  The properties that the scanner does not work properly, but solutions HP cannot detect a device.  Help

    I received an update from HP on sat urday and when I finished the update (took about 3 hours) the long w/reinsert the disc provided F4100 w / all in one, I could finally connect to the Solutions Center, and now I can scan. YEA! When I turned on my computer the update automatically came and the restore point during a previous installation attempt.  Thank you very much, it means the world to me.  I will also send this message to someone else who was helping me.

  • Black print cartridge does not work on my b210e printer

    My black cartridge stopped working after replace it with a new. I bought another one thinking that something was wrong with the new, than the one that I bought. Neither one worked. I cleaned the printer the printer heads, and who did not. I removed the print head and cleaned. That did not work. I aligned the printer, which failed. Color cartridges work fine. I unplugged the printer with it on and if kept off for 15 seconds and he turned his back. That did not work. I made sure that the document is aligned and only 20 sheets. That did not work. I made sure that the photo paper is not stored in the printer. That did not work. I confirmed that the wind is ok, and it is. That did not work.

    My printer is 3 years old and I wouldn't expect that it no longer works. I tried all of the suggestions of this show. I'm so severe at this stage. Please, please if someone can help me. I'm counting on this printer for everything I do. I've never had a problem before, so this is not so expected.

    Thanks, but I tried too many times. I went through all my cartridges new color in a week by train. I ended up calling the support team, and the head of the printer no longer works, so I end up buying a new printer. Thanks for the reply.

  • New color cartridge does not work

    I have a longer printer hp psc 1210 and never had any problems until recently.  I ran more ink color and black print just for a few months, but now that I finally bought several cartridges color it does not print colors and I get an error message saying that the tri color cartridge is not compatible.  I checked and this brand is compatible with my printer, I tried to take the cartridges out and put them back in and unplug the printer.  I tried to clean the electrical contacts, and always the color will not print.  I even bought another another brand color cartridge and tried and still no luck! What can I do else?

    I understand that you get an error of ink cartridge rejection. I would like to look at this document here the addresses of ink cartridge for your printer errors. It will show you how to remove and inspect the cartridges with the printer disconnected. It will also show you how to clean the cartridges and the printer falls. Since you mentioned that you cleaned the contacts on the cartridges. compare the methods you employee against the instructions and make sure to follow with the falls of the printer in order to ensure that all the build-up has been removed from cleaner.     Otherwise, if the printer is out of warranty, one thing that might be worth a shot is to soak the printhead...

    (1) get a pan and put 1/2 "of very hot (not boiling) water in the bottom.
    (2) remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head Assembly.
    (3) gently put the printhead nozzles down in water and soak for 5 minutes.
    (4) remove the print head and gently dry the electrical contacts.
    (5) replace the print head in the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridges.

  • OfficeJet 5740: New genuine cartridge does not work

    Hi, sorry to hear you're having this problem with your new HP power. If you still receive the message after several attempts of insertion of the new supply try to clean the electric contacts following the instructions of Solution 3 in this document support.

    If this does not resolve the issue try reset the printer (Solution 6 in the same document) and if this does not solve it yet take the offer to return to the store and get it replaced.

    my all-in-one photosmart 6520 connects wireless network 2.4, but does not recognize nor can I manually get to recognize the 5 G wireless. I have 2.4 to print. This printer not 5 G is compatible? or is there a way to force it to recognize and work with 5G?

    The Photosmart 6520 wireless works on 2.4 GHz channels, it does not support 5 GHz. If your router supports both it should be possible to set up to allow communication between the computer on the 5 GHz access point and the printer on the 2.4 GHz band.
