    I would help you today to solve the driver Scanner error you receive when you try to scan from your HP Deskjet 3070 e-all-in-one printer to your Windows 7 computer. Thank you for including the troubleshooting steps you tried before reaching out for support. Because the HP print and the tool of analysis of the doctor could not solve the pilot error that you are experiencing, I'll run through some software manual and driver troubleshooting steps. Can I please you follow the steps below.

    Step 1: Uninstall the device:

    For the purposes of troubleshooting, it is crucial that we have a clean slate to work with your computer. Therefore, before you perform the "fix" I'll take remove you the package driver HP full software functionality of your system. If you use a USB cable connection between your HP Deskjet and your Windows computer can I please have you unplug this cable now.

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. Select all programs
    3. Select the HP folder
    4. Select the HP Deskjet printer
    5. Select Uninstall
    6. Please follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete, proceed to the next step.

    Step 2: Remove temporary files:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
    3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
    4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
    5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
    6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

    Step 3: Install the device:

    1. Please click here to download the package full feature software and driver for your HP Deskjet printer
    2. Once the download is complete, follow the prompts on the screen to install your printer
    3. If you use a USB cable connection, do not connect the USB cable until the installation screen invites you to

    Hi everyone, I can't scan on my printer connected to the USB router but I can print without problem. Everytime I open the printer ' sotware (HP Deskjet 2510 series), I will be directed to install the printer driver and software (which is already installed). I tried to use printing HP and doctor Scan but it did not help. It just says I need to install the drivers and software for what more is already installed.

    I would like to help you today to resolve the 'HP Deskjet 2540 Series not found' scan error you get when the all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 2544 scanning to your computer Windows 10. There is probably a software or driver error occurring. Can I please you follow the steps below to resolve this error.

    If you use a USB cable between the printer and the computer connection, please unplug this cable now.

    Step 1: Remove the driver:

    1. click on the Start button

    2. type programs and features. If a search does not start automatically, you will need to type programs and features in the area of "Ask Me anything".

    3. click on programs and features to launch the window.

    4. in programs and features, will populate a list of the programs installed on your computer. Please scroll down and look for your HP Deskjet. If you see your HP Deskjet in the list, click it and choose Uninstall.

    5 follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete successfully please close programs and features.

    6. then, click on the menu start of new

    7. this time type devices

    8 click on devices and printers to launch the window.

    9. in devices and printers are looking for your HP Deskjet. If you see if if please right click above and choose 'Remove' or 'Remove'.

    I have a Windows XP SP3 computer has 1.5 GB of ram. Just bought the printer, a series of e-all-in-one HP 3520. I just installed the driver software, first of all the Cd, and then the installation file downloaded from the HP web page. I uninstalled between 2 facilities. I can print and scan OK, but when I double click on the shortcut 'HP Deskjet 3520 Series' on files in Notepad from top 2 Open Office. Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    Just bought a MacBook Pro 13 "which came with a HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-One printer/scanner/copier.  The MacBook is under Snow Leopard - 10.6.  Install the drivers Mac OS since the CD HP Deskjet F4200 Series (Version 9.6).  Everything works well except the scan.  I can print.  Can I photocopy it.  Whenever I try to scan, I get the following message...

    Error.  Sorry, an unknown error has occurred.  I can hear the scanner moving until the error is displayed.

    I thought that maybe there could be an update of the Mac software - so I checked and downloaded the version 9.7.1 of the drivers on the HP site and install them.  However, I still get the same message every time I try to run a scan.  Software HP Scan Pro (Version 7.4.5) loads the scanner begins to work, and then I get the error message.

    I noticed other users complaining about the same problem, but have not seen all the solutions.  Y at - it a solution or a fix to this problem.  Digitization is a thing I need to be able to do.

    Hey, I was able to find a solution to your problem. I had the same problem too.

    Rather than support the new analysis, go to the Image Capture which is located in the Application folder. Click the HP Deskjet printer on the devices tab, and it will start scanning.

    Hmm, maybe, it's a hardware problem. First of all, try another USB cable and USB port on your computer. If this does not make a difference and then try to install this printer on another computer. If it will not install the printer port is probably bad.

    You can skip this update and all other HP updates. Updates are not essential in the slightest. If that's what you want to do, you can uninstall HP updates from Control Panel, and then restart the computer.

    If you want the update has been installed, you must uninstall and reinstall the printer software. You may use the software update to install this update.

    I have a Photosmart 5515 (a 5510 duplex I think!).  I have run windows 8.  Install the driver and I can use the printer as the printer - connected by USB cable.  I can even scan a document in WORD using ALT I P S.  But I can't get the system to install the HP scanning software.  Whenever I try to install using the HP download (file PS5510_1315.exe name), he extracted the file and then asking you to identify the printer.  He does not see the existing driver and it says to plug the printer into an available USB port.  Its already plugged in of course.  It will not allow me to go further.  I tried (I think that (all combinations including the removal of all the softerae of hp on the computer, remove the printer from the Control Panel, unplug the printer and restarting the conmputer to get a 'clean' install.))  All to nothing does not.  I tried every way.  I tried the such HPPSDr as recommended by HP.  When run, it recognizes the printer, talk to the printer, asks if I want to fix scanning and crosses two scans (the printer buzzes far happily) but then comes with the message window titled "HP TWAIN" "HP Photosmart 5510 series is not found."  This is after she has had discussions with the thing!  Within this program of doctor, you can ask to solve printing problems too.  When I take this road all is supposed to be good.
