HP Deskjet F4480 multifunction: Session of scan on my HP Deskjet F4480

While I was going to end my session of scanning of 33 photos to my computer, Windows 10 has experienced a breach which caused my system to freeze and forced my laptop at the restart/reset and this process my session was forced to stop because I had lost my connection and had to wait for Windows 10 have restarted , but once this has been done, and I have opened the HP Digital Imaging Monitor, my scanned photos were not where. So, what I need to knowis if photos have been saved or stored at any tme during the analysis session or are they not saved until the end when you're done the scan, which would mean that all the work I've done and the time, I spent scanning, was nothing more than a waste of time?

Thanks in advance for any information your long enough to help me find an answer and solve this problem

Hey @Sandalwood,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that your Windows 10 PC crashed when scanning photos of Deskjet F4480 all-in-one printer. HP Scan does not save the file unless you click the save button. You will need to scan your photos again.

Please let me know if that answers your question by clicking on accept solution and if you appreciate my help by clicking the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.
