HP-e017tx: the boot advanced settings is not available

I bought a computer hp laptop pavilion 2 years back. Within 3 months, I had damaged my recovery disk. It didn't work anymore. I had not created installation diks. So, to save space, I deleted the recovery partition. After that, when I go into the recovery of the system by using the F11 key, I get the following error

"Your PC needs to be repaired."

An unexpected error happened

Error code:xc0000001

You will need the recovery tools on your installation media. »

Now I've lost the ability to repair windows or start windows in recovery mode

What should I do?

If you have access to a computer running the same version of Windows as your laptop, you can create a rescue usb drive that allows you to access the security mode. The procedure is identical to Windows 8 and 8.1.
