  It not there no problem for back the driver as long as they work.

  You can run the hardware test (touchpad is in components test) If you doubt that there is a hardware problem.

  Original title: after the big update Tuesday, October 9, 2012 my mouse started acting and auto switch to scroll without touching!

Symptoms is the cursor turns into auto-scroll to move the only mouse will scroll the pages upwards or downwards. The other thing when I place the mouse over Favorites, it automatically opens all favorite links! I tried to restore to before Oct. 9, update, but the problem persists!

  A white stripe appears on the right edge of the site after clicking on a menu header and the site scrolls automatically downwards for this article. This problem can be connected to breakpoints. White wide stripe varies and becomes gradually wider during auto-scroll and push the left side of the site out of sight. The white stripe appears only in the intermediate stopping points. No problem under 568px browser width and no problem on 1000px. Manual scrolling does not show this problem however if you scroll the white band on the left will appear and scroll to the right and the band disappears. The Panel title of site is not affected by this problem.

  Looks like I solved my problem. When I said I don't think that anything has outside of the work of site - I lied! I discovered from the areas of transparent image for a couple of dialogue bubble SVG went outside of the web page, although the images of the bubble were well within the page. Adjust the box while they were a fit tighter around the bubbles and the problem seems to be resolved.

  I move from linux to windows many times. So I created a profile shared to firefox. now the only problem im trying all the time is I want to check auto-scrolling all the time when I get back into linux. so is it possible to make this setting activate all the time?
  p.s. im still confuse why people use middle click to paste when editing under linux... but that's another thing.

• Auto scroll has stopped working in Firefox 3.6.28 for Mac OS 10.4

  I have two desktops Mac G4 and have always had automatic scrolling in Firefox. Now the feature no longer works. I do not remember recently updates to Firefox, but cannot go beyond my current version, 3.6.28 because the machines are not Intel.

  Automatic scrolling is very useful. I tried to check the preferences... AutoScroll is checked. I tried to restart. No luck. I can not start safe mode because there is no option for this.

  If there is any fix for this, it is not apparent on the Firefox help site.
  So any suggestion that would restore this feature will be very appreciated. It doesn't seem to be a plug-in, or and add - we. My feeling is it may be a necessary process... but I have no idea how to do that. Yet once, help restore the popular auto-scroll.   No need to do safe mode, what I discovered the problem seems to be in the control panel mouse settings. Deactivation of these brought AutoScroll - Hooray! Although I don't exactly remember to change all settings before automatic scrolling stops working.

  Unfortunately, 8Gb is the maximum ram (IE 2 x 4 GB modules) which can be installed in the machine - I have used the same model exactly myself.

• HP Envy 15 Notebook PC TS: Problem sound Intermittent HP Envy 15 TS / Windows 8.1

  Question: In the past months, my sound will go off randomly automatically.  If I close the lid and let the computer in to sleep mode or if I restart the computer, the sound comes back.  When the sound disappeared, the volume buttons on the keyboard, so to work with a lag and the mute on the keyboard does not work.  Try to use the sound test, or even navigate the tabs in the Properties section of speaker to accuse also considerably by the sound does not work.

  I noticed other things: I was watching a youtube video when the sound came out, I left the chrome tab that I used for the video and the sound comes back a few seconds later.  He then disappeared a few seconds after I opened a new tab and returned to watch the video.  I had also the same thing happens with the help of a video editing software - quit the application, sound came back, returned to the software, sound went out after a few seconds.  I also had both sound back after going to the speaker properties - Advanced tab and switch format, by selecting the test button and clicking on OK when a message saying "the sound system is in use, taking the test can cause the application to fail" (or something similar).

  I tried to use various utilities for troubleshooting when the problem occurs - the find and troubleshooting audio fix is no problem AND the device is listed as working properly in Device Manager.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers for the IDT HD Audio CODEC several times - no help.  In addition, the problem has been resolved not when I converted briefly to Windows (back to windows 8.1) 10.  In addition, I tried to use the other pilot of "High definition Audio Device" in place and place of the IDT CODEC, but the same problem happened - sound turns off randomly until I rebooted or put my computer to sleep.

  I'm pretty computer - savy but I can't seem to understand what the problem is.  It doesn't seem to be a hardware problem or the sound would probably not come back so quickly or clearly as it does...

  One last piece of information: I noticed that the first time that I reinstalled the Windows audio 24/06/2015 - and also several updates were installed on the 23 & 24 June - watching these updates to see if they are the cause of the problem.

  My father had a speaker bluetooth for Christmas - I tried it out on my computer because it works completely independently of my sound card and it was working fine.

  I bought one of my own for $30 at target - Jam Classic Wireless Speaker - and now I have wonderful sound.

  Does not resolve the issue of the root, but the problem is solved!

  I'm just upset that HP gave me the such a card its crappy that it only lasted 1 1/2 years before give me questions, just long enough to ensure that the warranty expires...

  When my HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC is connected, it is is no longer in charge, and the battery icon says "plugged in, not load."  I ran a best of battery using HP Support, and the message says "battery reports a failure and should be replaced as soon as possible... ».  My laptop is less than 3 months.

  This means that the subsystem of loading of the motherboard is ok.

  Had considered running a recovery to see if it would solve the issue?

  I would try that before you send it.

  Beforeyou send in warranty repair, you must really have everything you don't want stored on an external drive anyway.

  My younger son helps people bring their computers from the dead and lonely people gave envy dv4t Notebook in question here having decided to upgrade to a newer version. He has in turn gave it to me.

  I preferred App Defrag and after install and opening it, I see that the harddrve is not configured for SmartPlacement. Which is, of course, a major requirement for this application to function properly.

  I open the BIOS (which has a date of 2013 of origin) and see Nothing on SmartPlacement anywhere.

  Am I right in thinking, I might as well uninstall my Defrag app and just use the good old Windows Defrag?

  Well, even before receiving response from Raxco my dilemma and after watching again the problem, the answer has jumped off the screen of the laptop. 1, the hard drive is (logically) configured with the D:\Recovery of patitioned in car first on the disk. Then, of course, SmartPlacement, which is first reading the first partition is said that there is a problem here.

  The real C:\ drive shows SmartPlacement works very well!

  Yes.  MY problem is solved.  Company and I got the replacement unit successfully.

  Note: If you have a lot of software installed, especially of VMs on your current laptop, so my personal advice would be to get the repaired unit, I came across the problem to reactivate the license think little software, I do several facilities and refuse activation.   However after talking to the licensing issue has been resolved, but it consumes a lot of time.

  However, if the activation of the license is not a problem for you then unit replacement is better.

  PS. but in the new laptop also, I always get a little tic noice when I open and close the laptop from the left hinge.   That is why I it opens very slowly.  I have just pray and hope that it does not break.  because I get 2nd replacement.
