  Some BIOS settings may change if this screen or for how long you can see.  I suggest you contact the PC manufacturer to find out how to access the BIOS.  Then just start pressing the button as soon as the power lights.

  My first guess would be that there is something wrong with the installation. The error says that the found the java class weblogic server that is part of the Oracle reports. There is a problem with the classpath. But that's just my guess.

  How do you start wls_reports? From the console of administration or the CLI?
